Came in today had the meal deal the sub sandwich was delicious. Everything was great. The two guys that were working. Today were awesome great attitude and just makes you want to come back even on a Sunday.

I was driving through Miami, Oklahoma late one evening, around 9 pm, and was shocked to find that nearly all the restaurants were already closed. Traveling with my family, this left us in a tricky spot for dinner. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the Subway. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service we received from James Hatfield, the associate working that night. He went above and beyond to ensure my family had a hot and delicious meal, despite the late hour. His kindness and genuine hospitality were such a welcome surprise and truly saved the day. We were so grateful for his willingness to go the extra mile. If you're ever in Miami, Oklahoma, and find yourself needing a late dinner, or even just a friendly face, I highly recommend stopping by this Subway. I get if your on a break or talking to a potential employee but when your behind the counter taking to someone while one guy is doing four sandwiches and you just watch while doing the cash register that’s frankly unprofessional. One customer in the store with a big order fine but three customers waiting for one employee to get to all of them while you’re just talking and laughing with someone who’s not ordering that’s crap. Maybe there’s other things happening but at least try to help instead ignoring the people waiting to get food from your job.

Good food, friendly workers. The churro gets hard rather quickly and I felt it needed more cinnamon sugar, or maybe a frosting for dipping. I love the new wraps, a bit more than a 6 inch but not a footlong. The footlong cookie and pretzels are good.

We were ordering 5 sandwiches, there were 2 people in the drive thru and 3 standing in line behind us...Billy went above and beyond, he was the ONLY one there, kept his cool and was very apologetic! That kid deserves a rasie!!!
Ate here today and they only had one employee working with 2 cars in the drive thru and 3 waiting behind us... Shame on Subway for doing Billy dirty... Billy was great and hustled to help everyone.

Billy was amazing!!! He was all by himself on a Saturday late afternoon and he was swamped but he did an excellent job. He was personable, polite, efficient, and extremely hard working . I can’t believe he was doing this all by himself!!! Subway is lucky to have him. Where was the manager to offer help? ???
