We were ordering 5 sandwiches, there were 2 people in the drive thru and 3 standing in line behind us...Billy went above and beyond, he was the ONLY one there, kept his cool and was very apologetic! That kid deserves a rasie!!!

Billy was amazing!!! He was all by himself on a Saturday late afternoon and he was swamped but he did an excellent job. He was personable, polite, efficient, and extremely hard working . I can’t believe he was doing this all by himself!!! Subway is lucky to have him. Where was the manager to offer help? ???

Stopped by and the only worker was Billy. He was kind, patient, but was way over worked. A line of 6 people, and three cars in the drive thru, and he kept his cool. He made our sandwiches in a timely manner, and he was kind, even though it was stressful having such a long line. Give Billy a raise. Like seriously, today, give him a raise.

Was one of the better experiences I have had with fast food in this town in a while. The attitude sometimes makes all the difference in the world and the employees were pleasant, so big A+ ! Food was great as well.

Ordered sandwiches on the app. Got home and my sandwich had no meat or cheese on it. Called back and the kid who I talked to was extremely rude and basically told me I was a lier. I will never go there again.

Came through on my lunch break and their screen froze up, we pulled up to the window to finish our order and “manager” told us we would have to come inside to continue our order. We were on limited time which is why we chose the drive up window. Terrible customer service. The kid rolled his eyes at us as we were sitting at the window. Shouldn’t inconvenience the customer because your equipment is broke. Will not visit this location again.
