We have been here twice now and both great experiences. I had to come back for this delicious Let's Tango shaved ice! 32oz! The breakfast of champions 🏆 my daughter got a huge 32oz smoothie both times and loved it as well! Definitely plan to stop here whenever we are in Miami. Great prices and the young girl working there was super sweet and quick making our order!

The iced coffees are great! The hot not so much. I stopped on sunday to get a hot mocha after the veteran's day parade and it was cold and tasted like water with a little coffee flavor in it. Not very good

I love this place just wish it was more consistent. Ordered a smoothie last week and thought I found the best pregnancy craving of my life, came back today and decided to splurge on a large. When she brought it to me I noticed it looked different so I asked about the ingredients and she told me she prefers to make hers a different way. It was a complete waste of money for me but she just shrugged her shoulders and told me to have a nice day. I ordered exactly the same as before, didn't realize it was up to the worker how it was made, I assumed they had like a guide or something. My mistake.

I’m not sure why anybody would go here when seven brew is right down the street I ordered a coffee and waited 15 minutes to get it. I was going to ask the lady what’s taking so long, but she never once checked on me. And I was the only one In line the whole time for a seven dollar coffee go somewhere else

Oh this place is incredible! It is mainly snow cones but it also has coffee and other treats. Seriously fantastic! It's not too expensive, and it has beautiful plants. It's a little small on parking spaces but other than that, no complaints! Thank you Seth (you know who you are) for my yummy treat both times and for showing me this place!
Went through The Frozen Elephant this morning for my morning treat. I ordered an iced raspberry white mocha and a toasted berry bagel with cream cheese. My coffee was cold and sweet and my bagel was warm and fresh! So yummy! And the girl the took my order was so nice and quick. Also loved all their Christmas lights and decor. Such a nice stop to start my day/week! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wait was EXTREMELY long, sat for 4 drinks for over 30 minutes. It is ridiculous!!!! I could not believe how long it took her to make 2 drinks. Literally 15 minutes. We were the only costumers there, someone literally backed up left! Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.
