We have been enjoying Zack’s for years and when they moved into there current location, it just made everything so much better, with the size of the building and all the seating inside and out… Zack’s is the place to go for breakfast-lunch- or dinner and as always… service with smile ⭐️

I will never come back. I ordered their meatloaf, but when they brought it out it was just a hamburger patty, not what I wanted, and when I told them I want to get somthing else this is not what I thought it would be the cook started to bad mouth me and the rest of my family. Im not gona say what he said because it was vulgar language. My dad got brown beans, and it was old, and dry, my mash potatoes tasted like water. We told them about the sides, and the cook in the back started shouting that we sould just leave, and what did we expect from this place. Very rude. The guy couldn't even say it to our face, he had to scream it from the kitchen. There's plenty of other restaurants around, so I suggest just skipping Zacks café.

Horrific.Waited twenty minutes after ordering for them to tell me they had no steak so I ordered the poutine.Order my kids mac n cheese and pancakes.Mac n cheese was beyond disgusting using sour milk, smelled horrible and tasted even worse. The waitress took it off the ticket price after smelling it and agreeing with us. She informed the kitchen and they sent the waitress (tipped her 25% because she was fantastic) back out to tell us the food was fine and there were zero issues. Will not eat here again if they are okay with using sour milk to prepare food and cant even accept responsibility.

Just what we needed. We wanted a quick, basic sit down diner style breakfast (egg platter). They offer a good selection...you can order small or large depending on the size of your appetite. Prices are reasonably good. Cassie was our server and she is excellent. We were greeted by the other server and hostess too. Friendly welcoming place and my favorite is the sign at the front, offering a meal to anyone in need. God bless! We need more people with big hearts like this in the world! ❤️

Great breakfast. We were 1st customers in on a Sunday morning. 4 adults, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Ordered drinks, 4 adult meals and a single pancake for the kiddos. 3 breakfast meals came out to our table on 1st trip from kitchen. It was 10-15 minutes later before the pancake for the kids and the last breakfast came out from the kitchen. This should never happen.

If I could I would do zero stars. We were a party of 3 from out of town. It was at least 15 minutes before we were acknowledged at the hostess stand. When we were seated it was another 15 before our order was taken. Tables were not being bussed, the waitress was holding cups by the rim and they were very unprofessional. We had been waiting for our order for 30 minutes and were told it was going to to at least another 10. This was absolutely ridiculous!!

The main reason we come here for breakfast everyday is the waitress kimmy! We were excited when she came back to the restaurant she keeps the atmosphere fun and pleasant. She makes sure that you will have everything you need and more.

We've tried this restaurant 3 times now thinking it was just bad timing. 1st time we received very slow service, never refilled drinks and the food was just food. 2nd time better service but the food at lunch was not good at all. This last time 5 of us tried breakfast. All 5 of us were ill by mid-morning. We all basically ate the same like foods in our meal. We tried to gave Zack's a shot. We will not be back nor will we ever refer anyone to eat here.

The food there is awesome. Some of the best mash potatoes and gravy I have ever had, and the shrimp was wonderful. They give you lot's off food. My friend had the Frito pie, but they were out of Fritos so had to use Doritos so it wasn't as good. But over all great place to eat.
Parking: Plenty of parking.

I had the best burger I've ever has in my life here!! I believe it was called stuffed jalapeño burger. also, their coffee was amazing! soooo good, even with hazelnut creamer, which is my second favorite. I will definitely come here every time I visit the area.
Our food was average except my onion rings were cold and tasted horrible. They didn't charge me for them.

I can’t vouch for food because we sat there for 50 minutes and never got any!!!! All we ordered was two cheeseburgers and fries. All these tables around us kept getting food even though they came later. Our waitress kept saying it’s on it’s way. Don’t waste your time! You’ll leave hungry for sure! Oh!!!! And how about some music so we couldn’t hear the lady next to us belching and blowing her nose!

As soon as we walked in the waitresses started arguing about who had to take our table of five. Then part of our food came out and we had to wait on the rest of the food. The sausage on the one breakfast plate tasted funny and the biscuit on the other breakfast plate was so hard it wouldn't cut.When the waitress took our drinks to refill we could hear someone yelling at her telling her not to make more sweet tea at 8:00 in the evening. She said just pour unsweetened and add sugar to it. It tasted horrible.Then a group of 8 came in and the staff wouldn't sit them together but separated them into two tables.It was so hard to see and hear the staff complaining about having to serve them.Food was not the best.Our second time this week to eat here and I am not impressed.

Very poor service !! Multiple times to get a simple order correct, which actually never happened. You could hear staff from the kitchen swearing and calling inappropriatenames. Not the environment I want to relax and dine in. The staff need training on social etiquette. I was charged for an entree 2 sides and a roll and drink. I received 1 pork chop, mashed potatoes and a drink. I explained I never received what was ordered. I was told it didn't matter, I had to pay for 2 sides and roll even when they never brought what I ordered. I was ready to pay and leave. Twice upon paying they gave me the wrong bill. Glad i caught it before they swiped my card. Not an enjoyable experience. Until they value customers and learn respect and accountability, I would not recommend this place. Listening skills by wait staff would be a beneficial training opportunity.
