Long story short I ordered two rbqs and for roast beef sandwiches and order of fries two apple turnovers and two Cherry turnovers I drive across the street to my home and they're cold and the turnovers were froze so I took them back and talked to the manager and he told me to take him home put them in the microwave and heat them up that's what y'all do and he called the police and had me band I will post and repost and post and repost this on your website because this is crazy

We waited 10 minutes after being told to pull up and wait because they were cooking our food fresh. I guess they needed to extra time to burn the mac & cheese bites. The young man in the drive thru was not very polite. I usually look for the good in the service or food l receive when eating out, but lately everywhere l go either the food or service or BOTH is terrible. Sign of the times l guess.

Ok. Service wasnt that gteat. Employees are very loud talking to each other. Worst Arby's I've been to. Service is terrible. Stood to waiting order 5 min. Only one in line. Orders being taken for drive thru but not inside. They looked at me and said nothing. Could have at least said it's going to be a moment before I can take your order. Walked out. As I was walking out they finally came up and said they was ready to take my order. Went to Subway.

Wad zup wid Arby's shake machine. I had lunch here 8-24-24 regular roast beef sandwich, potatoe cakes, and a Jamocha shake. It was great. Returned 8-31-24 for the same but shake machine was down. I settled for the same without the shake. I returned 9-7-24 and the shake machine was still down or down again. I asked for any other Arby location and they sent me to Reno just west of Air Depot. Walked in and ordered regular roast beef, potatoe cakes and a Jamocha shake. Their shake machine was down. For weeks on end I had the same experience with Arby's on NW 39th street. I may be obsessive about Jamocha shakes, but I think it is because I cannot seem to get one, except on the rarest of circumstances.
It's fast food place. There ok. Quality is hit or miss. I usually get good food, but I also got a sandwich once that had no meat on it at all. There was a very long1 line and I was in a hurry and didn't check until I already left and couldn't get back to show them or I didn't have food essentially after I left. It really sucked.

The roast beef sandwich was put together sloppily the meat and the gyro the lamb was cold and when I called her name they yelled at incredibly loud and we saw others get their food before we got ours after we ordered first
