Horrible service and messed up my order! Had to go back and get the right sandwich, and drive thru lady was dismissive and acted like I was bothering her. Management needs to teach their people how to be respectful to the customer and accuracy of orders.

Came in 08/12 Tues night and the lady made us fresh fries, mozzarella sticks, and went above and beyond to fulfill our order. Hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Tried to tell the Drive-Thru guy to thank her for us but he looked dazed and confused.
There was inappropriate language that was being used pretty openly and loudly.

I never understood the hate for Arby's personally. The brisket sandwich with extra brisket and the full loaded beef and cheddar sandwiches are some of the best tasting on th menu. Avoid the Gyro though... It's poorly seasoned and not up to what I would consider a good Gyro.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a basic Vanilla shake with no whipped topping or cherry and Curly fries. Curly fries were over cooked, non appetizing. This is the Shake they gave me, which i wouldn’t even consider to be Vanilla. It tasted like coffee and chocolate in a mixed frozen texture. I was very disappointed with this. I don’t recommend getting shakes from this place. EVER!!
