I never understood the hate for Arby's personally. The brisket sandwich with extra brisket and the full loaded beef and cheddar sandwiches are some of the best tasting on th menu. Avoid the Gyro though... It's poorly seasoned and not up to what I would consider a good Gyro.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a basic Vanilla shake with no whipped topping or cherry and Curly fries. Curly fries were over cooked, non appetizing. This is the Shake they gave me, which i wouldn’t even consider to be Vanilla. It tasted like coffee and chocolate in a mixed frozen texture. I was very disappointed with this. I don’t recommend getting shakes from this place. EVER!!

I purchased 2 double beef and cheddar meal and the 2 for 7$ ham and Swiss for my wife and I the cost came to 31.40 but upon opening our meals found the beef and cheddars had no cheddar on them both my wife called to inform them and Kaylee the employee hung up on her, food wasn't what we paid for and there is no service anymore,save a few dollars and go to a better Arby's

We've been to lots of Arby's locations in the past (including this one) but I can't think of another time we've been taken care of as well as our visit this evening. All the guys working behind the counter were just *so* nice and helpful every step of the way, and our food tasted perfectly hot and fresh. Hard to believe I'm giving a fast food place 5 stars, but here we are!

Ok so my hubby got a half pound beef n cheddar so basically the #1 large with out a drink, I got a number 3 which is a French dip sandwich, the dip idk what they gave me but it was definitely not the sauce that normally come with the sandwich didn’t even taste the same, my hubbys fries were super bland and my curly fries tasted like they sat in grease all day and was re cooked, employees to busy trying to hang out with friends outside to actually do their job and make sure the customer leaves happily, it’s sad that I’d rather drive a lil further then to come back to this one and get this type of service and food again

Long story short I ordered two rbqs and for roast beef sandwiches and order of fries two apple turnovers and two Cherry turnovers I drive across the street to my home and they're cold and the turnovers were froze so I took them back and talked to the manager and he told me to take him home put them in the microwave and heat them up that's what y'all do and he called the police and had me band I will post and repost and post and repost this on your website because this is crazy
Oh my goodness the fries were so freaking salty we had to throw them away 😞

We waited 10 minutes after being told to pull up and wait because they were cooking our food fresh. I guess they needed to extra time to burn the mac & cheese bites. The young man in the drive thru was not very polite. I usually look for the good in the service or food l receive when eating out, but lately everywhere l go either the food or service or BOTH is terrible. Sign of the times l guess.
