Sign out front says Fish sandwiches 2 for $6, go to drive thru to order. Was told they didn’t have Fish sandwiches and if that’s what I wanted I would have to go to another store. Sad to say I went to McDonald’s because of the false advertising out from on the big Arby’s sign. Turn it off or get some fish.

When the drive through window opened I said "hi how are you" and a tall lady with braids just took my card and closed the window. Food was okay but customer service is always terrible here. Typical MWC restaurant.

Was talked to very rudely by the girl taking orders. Was upset enough to tell her not to be so rude. I can’t believe that this establishment allows them to talk to their customers this way. Attitude and does not know how to welcome a customer.

Well when I walked in the door the cashier with the blue hair was not friendly and then the two ladies in the back was not friendly either that was working my crinkle fries was so crinkle hard I could not even eat them the fish was not even hot will not go there for a fish sandwich ever

Not sure who the shift leader was, but the owners need to pour some leadership training into her. Yelling at your staff so that the entire store can here you over their own conversations demonstrates pour leadership skills. She obviously knew what needed to be done, just lacked proper skills to train her crew.

Every time I come here I try to stay positive, nine times out of ten the order is wrong, anywhere from the wrong food, the wrong sizes, or just plain old bad food. Tonight we went to get some food and the lady at the window was quite sour probably due to the kid in the background standing around, but who knows, with only two people and a line of cars, no one is there besides them, and it shouldn't be hard to read a screen that explicitly says what people order, we paid for a large fry and got a medium, no Arby's sause, nor any marinara sause, let alone the basics of napkins. I get it is hard, but the basics should be second nature when it comes to bagging an order in fast food, I know I worked in fast food for 3 years, you get a routine and if you can't keep your head on straight in a fast paced environment then you shouldn't work in fast food.
Went there tonight and the food was excellent and made right.

I've been waiting almost 30 minutes for my food with no hope in sight.Update... it took exactly 30 minutes. This is the worst management of food service I have ever witnessed. My sandwiches stayed on the counter for 15 of those minutes while 4 people stared at screens, wondering who's was who's. All while the black lady cutting the meats had the worst attitude in the world.Someone please step in and help.

The food was good, the new burgers are great!!!However your staff needs to stop yelling and screaming at each other. A loud fight occurred in the kitchen. Very loud, employees back talking management. " I'm not going to clock out".....There needs to be a firm hand. We understand it's hard getting good workers, however once they agree to work, that's what they need to do.

Used to love this Arby's. Food was cold (after waiting 10 minutes on pull-up ) sliders look like chicken nuggets, sandwich was V disappointing.
Stopped for some sandwiches to go last night. Two Greek gyros and a French dip. The service at the drive up was good. Took a little for the order but it was Saturday evening so tht was expected. French dip was good. Could have used a bit more meat. Same with one of the gyros. One was great meat wise and the other lacked. They were still good but not a big fan of their tzatziki. More like creamy mayo than cucumber but it did the trick. Was definitely full when I was done. Skipped the sides as nobody does fries very well anymore. Just in too big of a hurry. No ambiance as we were in the drive thru. Will for sure go back.
