I never imagined I'd see the day where I'd walk out of an Arby's. But after waiting for 10 minutes and not being served, I had to bounce. I feel for the two employees staffing the place. Imagine a company not caring enough for it's customers to pay well enough to keep staff? Now imagine what its like to work for that corporation?

We go to this Arby’s over a closer one located on Air Depot in Midwest City because the Manager, whose name on my receipt shows his name as Benjamin, is the nicest and most helpful and friendly employee of any Arby’s that we go to. I love the Turkey, Bacon Ranch sandwich and it is always fresh and made to perfection. He actually remembers my husband’s name as that is the name we give him for our order even though we don’t go all that often. We’ve never had a problem with our order and as I read some of the comments, it appears that most people simply complain. Most people while we are there go through the drive-through and perhaps if they stopped to think that perhaps if they turned the music off…and even their vehicles, that their voices could be heard a bit better and perhaps they’d have the perfect order as we do. Also, if different accents are used, it might not be a bad idea to ask the employee to read back the order they gave to make sure that it is correct!

Ordered DoorDash from this location when everything arrived to my house, I sat down to eat with my family and started to eat my curly fries. I’d probably eaten about 5 to 6 fries before I noticed that there was a giant fried mosquito in my food. There was fried dead mosquito in my food. I honestly don’t understand how something like that could happen and no one noticed it was huge for the price that I paid for my meal for my entire family you’d expect some level of quality and care but for something like this to go completely unnoticed is ridiculous

The resturant is clean. The service was good until i noticed that they had half of our nuggets sitting waiting for the other half to cook. I said something about it and the manager got an attitude, then the crew members started talking about us. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Also our fries sat in a bag the whole time we were waiting on the nuggets to cook as well.
