They completely messed up my order on DoorDash… missing items, wrong toppings, and stale food. Honestly, I should’ve known better, because when I went in person a while back the atmosphere and customer service were just as bad. If they can’t even get it right face to face, of course the delivery food is going to be trash too. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customers.

Went to one and they ran out of roast beef? How do you do that at Arby's? Went to another and sat 15 minutes in the drive thru. Dont think I will go back to arbys anymore. So sad

Arby's is one of the few fast food restaurants that I like. Yesterday evening, my husband wanted to get something from this location. It was a drive thru order. Smooth conversation at the ordering station. Pleasant, patient and clear gentleman's voice. At the window, we met this young man and I believe he is Tommye, as per the receipt. Very friendly and respectful young man. There was only one window and there were other cars behind us, so we were told to move forward in line, and wait for the food, which would be delivered to us. Didn't take long. Tommye came out with our bag of food. My husband said the deluxe beef burger ($5.79) was great. And he love the potato cakes, 3 pcs ($2.99). I didn't order any food but I had to commend on Tommye. Good customer service! Oh! They give 10% military discount, so don't forget to ask for it.

Dont get the loaded Italian sub. It's Nothing like the picture, no cheese, no lettuce, only enough meat for one side, 2 pieces of onion..... Definitely sub standard and not worth $7.39... oh wait... just found a few small pieces of lettuce 🤨

I was picking up a door dash order for a customer. Manager was very rude when I asked for a side of cheese for the customer, but she's even ruder to her employees. This location needs to treat their night employees better.

I never imagined I'd see the day where I'd walk out of an Arby's. But after waiting for 10 minutes and not being served, I had to bounce. I feel for the two employees staffing the place. Imagine a company not caring enough for it's customers to pay well enough to keep staff? Now imagine what its like to work for that corporation?

Jon and Keydon are doing a great job dealing with the rush of customers considering the amount of staff on duty.

We go to this Arby’s over a closer one located on Air Depot in Midwest City because the Manager, whose name on my receipt shows his name as Benjamin, is the nicest and most helpful and friendly employee of any Arby’s that we go to. I love the Turkey, Bacon Ranch sandwich and it is always fresh and made to perfection. He actually remembers my husband’s name as that is the name we give him for our order even though we don’t go all that often. We’ve never had a problem with our order and as I read some of the comments, it appears that most people simply complain. Most people while we are there go through the drive-through and perhaps if they stopped to think that perhaps if they turned the music off…and even their vehicles, that their voices could be heard a bit better and perhaps they’d have the perfect order as we do. Also, if different accents are used, it might not be a bad idea to ask the employee to read back the order they gave to make sure that it is correct!
