I went there to order a cake for my daughter's birthday. I needed it the next day. The lady that made it was really good. I asked her to add a couple of butterflies and she did. It was so pretty and it was really good. Well worth the price.

I enjoy the ice cream here. It's a bit pricey, but still good.

We got there late like 10mins to close and the workers were wonderful even though they were closing they helped get us Ice cream for my Birthday Rewards and the Nutty Coconut is where it's at so yummy

Took my daughter here after graduating HS for our very last annual end of school Bannna Split. The environment was great and made the moment perfect for us. Thank you.

Definitely DO NOT pre order or expect quick service. Out of many ice cream flavors every time I've been in. Took more than 20 minutes for 3 milkshakes and the people working were more concerned with playing grab ass than actually working. Avoid this location at all costs.

Like everyone else is saying below, they were out of stock on essentials.
Ordered 2 banana splits with very berry icecream.
They were out of: bananas, ice cream

Of course they didn't say anything until after I had already driven to the store. So that was convient. For someone who has a competitor (Braum's) 1 mile away, you'd think they would have better customer service.

I’m not usually a cotton candy person, but this wasn’t overpowering. It was more milky than anything else. My fiancé who loves cotton candy ice cream did not like this milkshake. I also asked to have marshmallow added to this milkshake and they were unfortunately out.

There is no reason 3 of the smallest scoops of ice cream I’ve ever seen should cost $10. Please do a better job of training employees. Just young kids who really don’t know what they’re doing. There is no reason to give me a huge waffle cone and put a tiny scoop of ice cream in it.

I have came in 3 times and have been told they don't know how to make stuff, machines are down, or nobody is there who can make cold coffee. Very frustrating but overall staff are young and funny! Probably the only reason I came back is because the positivity of the staff. Service needs huge improvement in MWC.
