Occasional ice cream or coffee place. Milkshake this time, was pretty good, It's surprisingly hard to get a decent milkshake around town. Don't get the tea, their sweet tea is terrible.

They were not sure about how to make the strawberry shake I wanted. Service was great but I shouldnt have ask if you put the right thing in the shake I've ordered a million

The manager went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the correct cake when an issue arose. They were super friendly and made it a great experience! (Zombie Unicorn Cake)

Drive thru is always slow, they seam incompetent at their job. Every time I attempt to go to the closest store near my home (mind you Baskin Robins has been my FAVORITE ICE CREAM CHAIN OUT OF 42 years!!! I even worked for this chain as a teen and loved the experience)! But these employees at this store make ordering two scoops of anything look like they're trying to reinvent the wheel just to put it together, except a payment, and hand the food through the window. After this review-I know that I'll have to go in to the store to make sure my order doesn't get spit on or worse... but out of the 10 times I've been through their drive thru- their basic service is such a disappointment.

Only had half the ice cream case to choose from, which was not alot of familiar flavors.. other side was completely empty..However what we chose did not disappoint

Came in to location on August 5th. Came in to get mint chocolate chip ice cream. Was charged for 2 scopes. Got a scope and a half. Asked if they could open another container and was told no. Will not get ice cream here again.

Was trying to order a cake and called the store yesterday. To asked about placing a cake order. I was told to call today and talk to GM. Called and spoke with GM and he said all orders have to go thru website. I said if would have known that yesterday, would have done it them. and it takes 24 hours. But Trey said would fix it and place my order over the Phone, He was Very Accommodating

Wish I could give zero stars. Went at 8:25 and was told they weren't serving ice cream because they close at 9.
Lost my cake! It was in the front freezer. Took a solid 3 mins before they came out from the back to greet us. Coutners were all dirty but no customers so theres no reason 1 of them couldnt walk out to wipe the sitting areaNOT IMPRESSED!

I've ordered from them on multiple occasions. 3 separate times they have given me Jamoca Almond Fudge instead of their regular Jamoca flavor (what I ordered), WITHOUT TELLING ME. Luckily I'm the only one in my family not allergic to nuts, otherwise that would have been bad. I've also ordered Wild n' Reckless sherbet from them multiple times, and they will randomly send me Rainbow sherbet instead, once again, without telling me
