Stopped at the Joplin Mo Billy Sims at 12:45 for 1/2 of pound of sliced brisket. The they at the drive through was very rude. And informed me they had just done a big catering and had no sliced brisket. Isn’t that your business?
How does a place that’s main menu idea brisket and they are out? Other brisket place was happy to take my money.

I had a great experience at Billy Sims in Midwest City, OK this afternoon. I ordered two Heisman sandwiches with brisket and sides of potato salad & baked beans with pickles, onions & peppers. The food was terrific. What topped the food was the customer service, everyone that was working was very courteous & friendly. Melinda was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Melinda even offered Halloween candy as I checked out. I greatly appreciate having such a wonderful experience at your establishment! I'm mad ass he'll order 2 chicken dinners I was thinking sure is high priced got home it's not chicken it's ribs I don't like ribs wife has cancer i was getting her the chicken she lives and I live 30 miles away to far to drive back . That's the second time they screwed up I will never go back again unless it's free sorry Billy your employees suck ass .

My husband and I absolutely loved it! The chopped brisket was amazing. The polish sausage had such a satisfying flavor and was super juicy, and the bologna was almost able to melt in our mouths! The sauces were some of the best that I've ever had, and the hickory has become one of my favorites, while my husband enjoys the hot BBQ sauce. The baked potato salad was one of the best I've ever had, and the same goes for the Mac & Cheese! I highly recommend this place, and it's definitely become one of our go-to date spots!!
Your employee that looks like Colonel Sanders from wish dot com that should be wearing a hair net on his facial hair, shouldn't run his mouth to customers that can't hear. Especially in a town full of military and law enforcement who some of which can't hear as good anymore. So sorry for my decade plus of civil service help cause my hearing problems.

They have the best loaded baked potatoes, I always get the brisket on mine. Little pricey but not $ bad. The only issue I have is this one employee they have, I believe his name is Shawn, he looks really dirty & he is rude and kinda seems to act bothered when you ask him a question or for something. If I see he's working, I go somewhere else.
