My rating a year ago was 3 stars due to the cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of the staff.We went back in today and I had to log in and change my rating to 5 stars. First, we were greeted by Trae the GM. He was pleasant and inviting. John made our huge order. He got everything right. He was super nice. As we were ringing everything up, Trae realized that I hadn't ordered a drink for myself. I know it seems small but that was huge to me because sometimes this busy mom of 13 forgets about herself.We love the changes that have been made and we will be back regularly. Thank you Trae and John. Happy Holidays!!!Vegetarian options: They have Vegetarian and Vegan options available.

pizza was made wrong, forgot toppingsother pizza was burnt - crust is literally blackbreadsticks were incorrect - we ordered pesto and got normal and when we called they tried to argue with usthey have about 6 different flashing lights going off in every direction on the insideas an autistic whos photosensitive i asked if i could turn the worst one off to enjoy my meal because it was making me horridly sick and overstimulated - he told me no he wasnt allowed to and i then had to leave the restaurant and wait in the truck because i could no longer handle all the flashing - VERY lucky I am not epileptic as i can only imagine if it made me sick it has got to be very dangerous for someone more sensitive to flashingall and all not Neurodivergant or Disabled friendlyadditionally my partner is diabetic and had to pay $4 extra for bread hes allowed to eat - that is ridiculousDietary restrictions: WHY is GF crust more expensive ?? do the people who NEED to eat GF need to really be punished by having to spend an extra $4 to be able to have some simblance of normalcy in the dining world - offensive

There was only a single employee. Whoever is managing needs to change. Also, you started selling your cheesy bread pre-cooked. It's dry and nasty compared to fresh dough. Very disappointing this has gone down hill. The Edmond location is much better and I will only be going there from now on.
