Just got breakfast from here (dinner for me; I had the chicken fried steak) via online order.
When my roommate came home with the food, we noticed some pretty bad problems.

1: One roommate's meal was missing parts. He had what looked like one egg, a pinch of home fries instead of the tater tots he ordered, and some bacon. His biscuit and gravy was completely absent.
2: My salad had a ton of tomatoes on it in spite of explicit requests for no tomatoes. Relatively minor complaint. The bigger problem was that the steak inside my chicken fry was miniscule and tough as hell. There was, no joke, an inch and a half of pure breading all the way around the actual piece of meat. I also got no white gravy for the steak, so I ended up using the brown gravy that was meant for my potatoes. Potatoes were fine.
3: The hot chocolate ordered by Roommate 1 was thin and watery, and Roommate 2 described the making of it as being a single packet of Swiss Miss in a 16 oz cup. That's half the amount of mix needed, and $2+ for a cup of watery Swiss Miss is insane.

We ate the food as it was because we were hungry and had no time to get it remedied. But this kind of performance is a bad look.

Was gonna go here to try the chicken fried steak, after reading the reviews, I dont think so. Not 1 good review about the meal. Gonna go somewhere else.

First time at boomerang and was pleased with the price/portion ratio. It’s a laid back joint so service comes when it comes. I’ve seen this place packed a few times driving by so I decided to try it out.

We waited for almost an hour for our food and watched 2 other tables walk in after we placed our order, get served, and walked out before we got our food. They blamed it on new people in the back, but having to walk our drinks to the front just to get refills because our table was not getting service has nothing to do with the cooks in the kitchen. The salad was brown and tasted like dirt, so I’m not confident that the lettuce was even washed. I will not return to this establishment!

One of my favorite places to grab breakfast! We usually go on Sunday mornings, and the crew is fantastic. So friendly, and always smiling! The food is simple diner food, but done well. I'm partial to their ham steaks, as well as their pancakes. But I've eaten several many things fron their menu, and never been disappointed! I have also eaten their lunch menu a few times. I highly recommend their fish (which is all you can eat on Fridays!), and their burgers!

I know a real good waitress her name is Buffy ask for her . she's makes sure you have what u need and she makes the atmosphere worth coming there ! Food was good ! Restaurants was clean

I had to wait on myself go up to the front and take the order and then I had to go up to pay for my food I never got a ticket the tomatoes on my salad had the core in it which was disgusting the rest of the food which is a burger was pretty good.I had to ask for everything I needed ,never even got to me except when I asked for it
