2nd time I've been there and they mess up on my shakes, and when I call to let them know they messed up, they act like it's my fault for not bringing it back in when I bought it for my son at the house, worst braums ever!!! Rude people all the way around, dint recommend late night tests at this one,🤡🤡

This is a good Braum's.
With that in mind check your milk check your merchandise before you're too far away to have it matter.
We have purchased milk from this location that has been either open and then resealed or has been tampered with.i do understand the seriousness of this.
That being said Brahms could treat their employees better by far. On one hand this company claims to pay better but for the second point they send their people home early intentionally cut all their employee hours.

I absolutely love this braums, the employees don't seem bothered at all when I order my special request banana split with extra stuff or my fruit and yogurt parfait with peach yogurt instead of unflavored yogurt. One of the high school girls that works there told me about the substitution I could do on the yogurt parfait and she made my day.

It may be an old location but the staff care about their workplace. That matters. The sweet lady that was cleaning every drip gave me the biggest smile and that’s all I needed to brighten my day.

I love Braums but this is definitely one of the dirtier locations.

It's a shame that the employees can't eat there unless they pay for their meals. I think that's a shame. And can't drink anything there what? I remember when I used to work fast food we could eat and surely could get a drink. Every heard of this before.

Horrible customer service every time i visit!

The lady who took my order this morning was extremely rude, she had an assistant manager name tag on with no name written on it. She really needs to work on her customer service voice. She sounded like she did not want to be working there or serving customers. Nobody wants to start there morning off being served with that kind of attitude. I order a muffin ham egg and cheese but they game me a biscuit instead. If you are out of the muffin just inform me so I can change my order.

Fresh made burgers, excellent service, very clean.

I had two orders placed inside. The first was a bag of burgers and a large fry. Perfect nothing to complain. The second was a cone and a large malt. My buddy found chocolate in his vanilla and I found my Mint Malt to have off taste, like sourness. I was hoping for that legendary Braums ice cream I had when I first got your ice cream
