I went threw the drive threw i am 61 years old the lady at the window was extremely nasty with me cause i was taking longer than normal she was rushing the hell out of me and no one no one was behind me i was the only one in drive threw extremely rude
Service was friendly and quick
The food is always good, but every time I've ordered to go they forget an item and I have to go back in and ask for it.

Antonio sequoya toyes in the young with band-aid and the two tall young man’s one have glasses in the other bald are the best there very nice and also always haves the biggest smile every😁🤩

Went to get dinner.. order 2 meals, 2 kids cheeseburgers and a kids chicken strip meal and didn’t get the kids chicken strip meal.. or napkins and straws! Horrible service! Everything is so expensive and on top of that they don’t give you everything you ordered!!

Their burger patties used to be fresh and juicy, like they've been freshly made. But recently, they've been too dry. I noticed it comes to me quick, a little too quick. As if the patties have been pre-made earlier which is why I suspect why it doesn't seem so fresh, juicy like back in the day. Whether or not that's the case, it's not as fresh and juicy as it used to be.
Foods always fresh and good...I live behind the Reno location and drive to this one for my food..
