Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Slow service. Wasn't busy

It was crowded and one of the isles dead ends. The organization was horrible. I found different ice creams in several spots and one of the freezer doors was broken. I will say that the young man that checked us out was very sweet.

I we t through the drive-through to pick up a chicken strip dinner and I had to repeat the order three times to the girl working the drive-through because she kept speaking to someone else off to the side. I had been waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes, so I just grabbed the food and left. When I got home, it was missing the bread, the gravy, and the chicken was obviously old and have been sitting under a heat lamp.

Always good. Prompt service. Definitely worth going to. Check out the grocery attached!!!

This place has my 16 year old son working on the grill which is illegal and also found a bug in my bacon cheeseburger

Hamburgers are not as good as they used to be but they make up for it with the amazing shakes

What is wrong with your staff? Husband came by tonight and waited almost 30 min in the drive thru due to your incompetence. 1) The drive thru girls just stood there and wouldn't answer the first window when he drove up after ordering. 2) He drove up to the 2nd window since they just stood there, and was handed his food. The girl at that window then proceeds to say, "where your card?" Excuse me, but what? Not a hello or how much is owed? 3)Husband waited 10 minutes for his credit card to be handed back and then the staff proceeds to tell him the card reader is down. To top it off, they then TOOK HIS FOOD since he didn't have cash. Shouldn't they have said the reader was down when he ordered?
MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED. YOU HAVE FAILED.

Just left15th and Post Rd store, and there was a lady working all by herself, and was so nice, she made my day better. I love this store. Also, the restaurant food is always good. Wish I had got her name.

I ordered a shake in the drive thru and they gave me the wrong shake. So I went inside to get the correct shake and watched as this young guy stood around talking not making it for forever. When he finally started making it he was laughing and talking with his buddy and drilled the milkshake machine right through the bottom of my cup and started laughing as it went all over the floor. Then, he poured it into a different cup and handed it to me. The cup was only about 3/4 of the way full because he spilled the rest and didn’t bother making me another one. I was in a hurry so I just left and my first bite of milkshake I got a huge chunk of styrofoam in my mouth and then realized my entire milkshake had small styrofoam chunks throughout it and I couldn’t even eat it. I’m always so disappointed with this location.

Noone listens when you order and the Yung kids there are rude and and disrespectful the morning staff is good I would suggest to get a undercover at a random time so you can see what I'm talking about
