Great food & great service
FLIES, every time I come here. They are everywhere in the dinning area.

I don't remember the last time I got good service in this store. The food quality has gone down hill too. The service has dropped to McDonald's level. Fortunately there is still one good local/regional chain. That's Whataburger. The people at braum's say as little as possible and never say thank you. Whataburger employees call me by my first name. It's going to take a lot to get me to come back to Braum's

Workers were very rude, the way the workers talked to you was very disrespectful and should never be in an establishment ever. The worker “helping” me rolled his eyes anytime he asked if there was anything else I wanted to get. Worst service ever, won’t come back.
Need some adults in the store who cares about the customers no tea ask for some we ate the entire meal asked 3 times still no tea absolutely no excuses waited over 1 hr
Couldn't believe how much smaller than hamburgers are
Braums is like the rest of the fast food everything is precooked and ran by young people that doesn't care what kind of service or quality of food they put out and it's sad I ran Sonic back in the 80s and 90s and totally a different brand of people working in these places nowadays. And yet they think as a teenager they should get 15.00 ph.
An Oklahoma staple that continues to have good ice cream and food and stays relevant with today's trends.
