Why does Braums feel justified handing out undercooked food, then instead of offering a refund, they demand to try and replace the food saying they're "making it right"?You can't make your mistake right. Either you wasted the customer's time but aren't going to waste their money by immediately offering it back, or you're basically demanding that you waste more of your customers' time by making them not only wait on the first ruined order, but also wait again just to see if MAYBE you're capable of getting it right the second time. Excellent customer service. Decent food, excellent ice cream....could be cleaner.
For once I ordered something healthy and got a salad with fruit. After eating almost the whole thing, I found a moldy blueberry in the salad. I took it to one of the staff and she acted like it made her mad. It's bad enough that some mornings, 2 of the older women that work there are loud and swear while customers are present.
Always clean. Well stocked. Courteous employees. The best Braums around.

Loved Braums since I was little I have been interviewed here twice in less than 2 weeks with a promise with a phone call from the first interview then Josh called me today wants to interview me and I'm not falling for it!! Why support a business when they won't even give you time of day I believe I'll just go to Sonic or somewhere else for burgers and shakes it's worth it
