2nd pizza this location and all soggy crust both times this past month. Bricktown far better.

We had a party of eight and our waitress busted her butt making sure all our drinks were filled bringing new glasses before even being asked. Got all our orders right. She was smiling the whole time. The only thing I would do differently would be to ask for gravy on the mashed potatoes. The meat Pizza is wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. My daughter said it needed better cheese and better sauce or at least more of the sauce they have. The cheese curds were hot and gooey but the ranch dip wasn’t anything special. The dip trio was pretty good. The salsa wasn’t spicy and the cheese dip was good. I didn’t try the guacamole. I’m not a fan of the thick chips but they were hot and crisp. There were three orders of the pot pie, and everyone loved it. The burgers were good and so was the grilled chicken sandwich. The bartender was kicking out the drinks like we were the only ones there. (Placed was packed) definitely the best Bricktown I have been too. Next time I’m in the area and having a hard time to choose what I want to eat this will be my go too.

Waitress could care less about service. Multiple wrong orders. Took so long to bring out the replacement that we ended up taking with us, as others were already finished. Fish and shrimp were too salty, with breading falling off the items. Won't return.

We stopped in this weekend and had Sylvie as our server. She was attentive and friendly, and provided excellent service. We will be back!

After placing a simple online order my family was served the worst display of food I’ve ever seen or tasted.

We ordered a very SIMPLE meal … Finger dinner and sides.

Our food was NOT edible. The fries tasted OLD, almost like old fries that were refried, the Mac and cheese was SOUR , and mashed potatoes were as thick as clay. The chicken itself was cooked half way through; very crispy on the outside , wet and doughy inside.

We immediately notified the store and requested a member of management. I attempted to speak with a manager in “training “ VIVIAN whose first sentence included , “ well we make all our food fresh to order so it’s not old”. Instead of an attempt to rectify the situation without having personal feelings or being attacked. What could have been them remaking our food turned into belittling of a paying customer. Ultimately, I asserted the conversation by informing her we would be retuning her food and waiting for full recovery of our money spent.

When I arrived at the restaurant she did not come out but stood in the kitchen with her employees gossiping about the situation . Her lack of respect for a customers valid concern and to show her employees how to handle errors professionally absolutely floored me. As old as she is objectively with wrinkles and odor of my grandmothers couch you would think she would move with integrity. That did NOT happen, instead she kept reacting all their food is made to order which I have verified is indeed FALSE.

This is why we never see their restaurant busy, the lack of quality of food and horrific choice in staff.

I always forget about this place but my visit today makes me want to frequent here more! The food was amazing and so was my server. I forgot her name but she was this shorter girl with brown slicked back hair. Anyways she was awesome 🤩! I somehow forgot my phone and she even ran it outside to me. I thought it was nice 😊. I forgot to take pictures of my food but I got the sliders and mac and cheese and it was so scrumptious

New item on the menu was chicken sliders with a spicy Nashville sauce. Awesomeness on three little buns. Highly recommend. It’s a new item so check it out soon.

We never made it to the food. We were seated and sat for like 15 to 20 minutes. Noone came checked on us or got drinks, eventually they came over and asked if we had been helped but at that point we were like were good and got up to leave. They did offer to pay fornour meal if we stayed but I was like we appreciate it but no thanks.

It's very hit or miss with the service. Some days it's one of the best places, others you wait 90 minutes for cold chicken strips and forgotten sides on a random Tuesday night while the waiters spill everything on the floor and take forever to clean it up and don't check in very often. The food and drinks are usually very good and the atmosphere is also good. Highly recommend the chain just don't recommend this particular location unless you have lots of time and patience. For context I've been going once a week for several months now.
