Mr. Levy (Levi) not sure sorry, had amazing customer service, very patient, great interpersonal skills and delivery with his approach at the window. I would recommend this location to anybody and I will be returning…this is my first experience at Carls Jr btw.!!

I got two loaded omelette biscuits. They were so little product on it that they weren’t loaded just biscuits. This is a constant problem with Carl’s Jr. not giving you what you pay for.

I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately you can't. I had by far the worst experience last night. They were slammed due to a promotion they do on Fridays and unfortunately my food suffered because of that. When I noticed that my food had been sitting for awhile, I addressed it with one of the RUDEST employees there. Not sure of his name but he had medium length locs and I think suffered from little man syndrome. All I know is he yelled and became extremely aggressive. I told him to calm down of course seeing how I am a customer and did not raise my voice at him. Needless to say I got a refund. If you happen to see him there I'd suggest going to Burger King across the street!!!
