Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I placed a pickup order which was mixed up with another customer's. I ended up waiting for them to remake the order, and have to share that the two ladies who helped me were kind and beyond generous. They apologized multiple times for the wait, offered me a drink, a discount and a gift card. They deserve so much recognition for their goodness. I only wish I had their names in order to properly shout them out. Very grateful for both of them.

Had a large party-16, called over an hour ahead, approximately 2:45 in afternoon to get on list for a 4pm dinner. Arrived at restaurant with party, waited over an hour because multiple walkins with parties of 6 or more seated ahead of us. Eventually we were told they could seat us but not together, 4 separated booths(all along we told them we were celebrating something and needed to sit together). Then the owner's friends showed up with a party of 6 and took our tables they were setting up for us. We were then told if we wanted to sit together it would be atleast another hour wait. Needless to say, we left and we quickly accommodated by Chilis down the street whom took excellent care of us. We had not eaten at Cheddars in over a year and after this experience, will NEVER be back!

We waited about 10min to be seated, while workers kept looking at us. Finally we get seated, our waitress took our drinks and order right away. The food took about 45minutes. I ordered the fried steak and was soooo salty. My husband order the steak and the seasoning was so strong he only ate half of it. Not to mention the restaurant is so dirty, will not be back!

You should get zero stars. You don’t have my order you don’t have my gf’s order and left the kids sitting under a heat lamp for at least 10 minutes. You “pay” for our meals.. I never got a meal. I got to leave hungrier than I came! If that’s how cheddars operates just say so and I won’t be back to any of the establishments. You took one retake order not mine.. thanks for absolutely nothing you did zero for me..

1st time ever eating there and absolutely Loved it!! Our waitress was amazing as well! 100% best food I have had out in a very long time, prices were cheaper than ordering pizza delivery. I asked for the casserole for my birthday instead of any dessert, it was so good.

Our waitress was great and very attentive. Our food was great also for the most part. Our seating was nice and prices weren't too expensive.

Good food. Our waitress was wonderful. So good I forgot to take photos. Lol. Next time maybe. We did have to wait but only about half as long as they told us we'd have to.
