We waited about 10min to be seated, while workers kept looking at us. Finally we get seated, our waitress took our drinks and order right away. The food took about 45minutes. I ordered the fried steak and was soooo salty. My husband order the steak and the seasoning was so strong he only ate half of it. Not to mention the restaurant is so dirty, will not be back!

You should get zero stars. You don’t have my order you don’t have my gf’s order and left the kids sitting under a heat lamp for at least 10 minutes. You “pay” for our meals.. I never got a meal. I got to leave hungrier than I came! If that’s how cheddars operates just say so and I won’t be back to any of the establishments. You took one retake order not mine.. thanks for absolutely nothing you did zero for me..

1st time ever eating there and absolutely Loved it!! Our waitress was amazing as well! 100% best food I have had out in a very long time, prices were cheaper than ordering pizza delivery. I asked for the casserole for my birthday instead of any dessert, it was so good.

We ordered two t bones and a sirloin, if u want to eat tough meat...here's your place. You as a company cheddars, must do better. I eat a lot of meat, lol. For real, it wasn't pleasant to spend this kind of money on chewy rawhide. The blue cheese was amazing.

The food is good and comes out fast, but the restaurant is always filthy. The carpet is a bad choice. Chips and debris all over the walkways and under the tables, would have been nice to see someone sweep or clean a little.

Not sure who was on shift today. I walked in with my mother and stood by the receptionist booth. No one there.

Three employees stood by the entrance of the bar with their backs to the reception area chit-chatting.

Another server came from the back, glanced at me, then joined her chatting friends. By this time two more pairs of customers were lining up behind me.

So I decided to walk into the dining area to see if a seat was available or anyone would actually stop me and attend to my needs.

There was someone busing tables, but his hands were full as he took the crate to the kitchen.

Still no one came to the front.

We decided to leave and went elsewhere to eat.

It was slow. I understand the need for breaks. But when 4 available servers didn’t do anything about the customers waiting at the entrance, I lost my patience.

The current place I am dining at is also slow right now. But the moment I walked in, I was immediately brought to an available table. Followed by a cheerful waitress. I’ve already ordered $55 worth of meals including server tips, and I am having bread now.

That took 10 minutes. Two customers lost to their competitor.
