Husband had to wait 30 minutes to order and they allowed people to hop the line after opening the other lane, and 7 other people who got there after him ordered before him. Wasted so much gas and time just for people to pull in and not have to wait to order.

Seriously the worst location in the greater metro area. I don’t know how you guys are so far behind very other Chick-Fil-A restaurant, but get it together. I am posting this as I’ve sat in line while my side hasn’t moved for 26 MINUTES!

Editing to add, finally got to the front just to deal with your employees attitudes and melted shake 🤣. I would seriously just drive to 29th and air depot.

They are very stingy on their sauce. I’m always having to check my bag to make sure there’s something in there. The last time I did, there was none in the bag after they even asked me how many and I explained to them I needed seven. There was none in the bag. My daughter was asleep in the car ended up having to wake her up because the line was so long that it went outside the parking lot that I was not going through the drive-through for another 30 minutes. I really shouldn’t have to look in the bag to make sure everything is there. I feel like if you ask, it should definitely be in the bag. Please resolve this issue. Maybe make sure every bag has some in there, but mine literally had nothing even after I explained I needed seven. I put a low star on atmosphere because when I went inside, and there was only two people ahead of me, but there was several people waiting around, standing at the end of the Counter.

Ordered an UNSWEET tea, was given a SWEET tea. Went back through the line to get the correct item and realized they hadn't included the hash rounds in my order either. Got to the window for the ice tea and all the employees had terrible attitudes, which surprised me for Chick Fil A. They denied I had ordered the "combo", to which I disagreed.

Asked to speak to a manager and the "store manager" came to the window. He's flippant attitude was a stark contrast to what Chick Fil A proports to have their employees (especially management) behave so I asked who their District Manager or Regional Manager was, and was told this is a franchise location, so they didn't have any other managers besides the store manager. When I asked who I would lodge a complaint with, I was told to call corporate. To which I asked how corporate was "over" them if they were a "franchise". He had no response. I left.

I've been disappointed with service at this restaurant before, but never actually complained until this morning. The other Chick Fil A in town is not as convenient but I will be taking my business to them IF I decide to ever return to Chick Fil A.

This restaurant simply isn't up to Chick Fil A's "high" standards. Their attitude is what upset me this morning, but their staff and management don't seem to be in line with the chain's "gold standard". If I could give a score lower than one star I would.

SKIP THIS STORE, GO TO THE 29th STREET STORE.

Order was correct but poorly made. There was no syrup in my drink, just carbonated water, and the fries were smaller broken pieces with only two actual waffles.

Overcooked fries. Asked for replacement. Overcooked fries again. Overcooked honey pimento pepper sandwich with hardly any of the special sauce. The picture on the menu has the sauce looking almost as fat as the chicken. "Sorry, that's the measured scoop." Chick-fil-A is getting cheap. They're making money hand over fist and they can't afford to put a decent amount of sauce on a sandwich they're charging seven dollars for? Had the same experience at the one on 29th owned by the same person when they made my chicken burrito about 3/4 of the size it used to be. It's just sad they want to advertise one thing and provide another and rip people off in the process.

If you want your money back for food that is prepared wrong, they will NOT give your money back! They will argue with you and tell you not to come back! Also called the Chick -fil-a cares number no help at all with them as they will only give the complaint to the store that you had the problem at. What a joke this place is !!!
