I guess this location is under new management. The customer service was just abysmal. No communication from the manager on duty. Everything was relayed through the window worker, who would go back to the manager when I asked a question. Ultimately, I left confused at how everything transpired because even the window worker appeared to be at a loss for words. I would rather drive the extra couple of miles to the one on 29th than deal with them again.

I ordered breakfast online got there a couple minutes late and they canceled my order trying to not refund me and my PREGNANT wife they are selfish people in there refusing to help fix it instead they treated my wife like shit the manager is a horrible person this place needs better management.

Miss managed. Lack of oversight is apparent. Several employees on their phones roaming around. The indoor staff that take orders are not well trained and/or not held to the chick fila standard in properly greeting and providing customer service. This Midwest city location has definitely been geared toward Uber eats pick ups and disregards walk in customers as secondary.
I come to this location at least once a month but just experienced the worst customer service I ever have. The 2 line system does not work when someone is taking their sweet time ordering and then 1 of their employees comes out to take orders only from the other line. Ended up being stuck in line just to order for over 20 minutes then had to be in line behind people who got here way after me. Infuriating. Get your system together.

Got a regular sandwich when I paid for a spicy. Had to wait 10 mins in line for my spicy. They couldn’t even let me keep the regular sandwich for the inconvenience and they just threw it away right in front of me.
