This is the second time in two weeks i have been to this location, both times i have received bad cuts of chicken. Chick-fil-A is known for good quality fast food, please do a better job with quality control.
This drive-thru never includes all of the sauces.
I would assume this isn't done on purpose, but it seems like it at this point. I never get the right sauces in my bag even when they are printed on the receipt, so I know the order is put in correctly. Half the sauces are always missing. This location has normal Chick-Fil-A food, but it pretty much comes with Burger King level service, even for dine-in. Just be prepared

Food’s great but every time i go it’s 20-30 minutes to go through the drive thru, which is crazy because it shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes to move through the line. Im not sure why their team leaders refuse to put people outside and get that line moving.
