Zero Stars for Zero service! We sat for 10-15mins and watched server after sever pass us by asking the tables around us if they need service, and I am sure our server was the purple haired one who kept staring at our table but refused to ask us anything.
I went to the hostess and asked for help (btw she was on it and tried) she got on the radio and asked for someone to come help our table and a big lady in a grey polo came out, looked at our table and walked back.
We left after over hearing the “purple haired” servers other table already complain their food was bad and not right, so why wait any longer for a 50/50 our order was going to be wrong.

Disappointing is the minimum of how I felt about my experience tonight. Got sat at table 23 and had no service for over 20 minutes. Had over 5 waitresses pass our table, none of them did a simple table touch. Just sat at the table for 20 minutes waiting to just be ACKNOWLEDGED !! After 20 minutes, my husband got up to let the hostess know if we could receive service at our table. WHICH WE STILL DID NOT GET SERVICED. After hearing the hostess call for a waitress to our table and sitting another 10 minutes we decided to leave. 30 minutes spent and the only interaction we were given was the hostess seating us. Beyond disappointing, the very minimum our waitress could have stopped by with waters or let us know she was busy. But to be COMPLETELY IGNORED AND NOT ACKNOWLEDGED DURING THE ENTIRE DURATION OF US BEING THERE was some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

I came in for lunch today & had Kaitlyn as my server. She was the best!! Quick service & friendly staff. Overall one of the best chili’s experiences I’ve had!

Horrible!!!!! My order was incorrect after going over it 3 times with the waitress as she coughed all over us. We couldn’t get help or find our waitress for 20 minutes to fix it so I left without dinner. Nasty food, rude staff, dirty forks and glasses. This location is a huge FAIL!!!

amber was very attentive and gave peak service to the six of us at the table. she made it entertaining and checked in on us every few minutes to make sure everything went good. best service i’ve had in a while.
Our server Brian was sweet and accommodating, they let me study there and even helped out! Our food was a bit undercooked, but they took it back and fixed it immediately. Over super good 👍
