Totally not worth the amount of money I spent and the time I had to wait.

Burrito was not rolled properly. When I picked it up to eat the bottom aluminum opened and the toppings fell. Floors and tables not cleaned. Overfilled Trashcans, bathrooms did not have toilet paper and looked like it has not been cleaned or stocked during the day.

We went on the afternoon of 12/19. 2 young ladies were in training & doing their best. They were receiving no training that I could hear or see. The other female working seemed irritated overall and was rude to the trainees. The dude on the grill seemed so put off that the line was out of carnitas and he had to make more, but at least he thought his arrogance made him look cool. I hope the 2 trainees quit and find jobs where they’re appreciated and valued. They were truly trying. Probably won’t be back. I don’t like eating sad meals.

Girl with the blue hair on Monday night was in a mood! One of the first things we asked for was chips in queso, she immediately said that there was no chips.The lady that was making our burrito said, no I just made a fresh batch.And so we asked for the chips in queso , she didn't give us our queso when she was like , normally , we make you pay for this . I told her it's no problem.I can easily pay for it.And we said at the beginning , we wanted chips in queso .

I'm going to assume all of the one star reviews from a month or two ago were from opening pains. This was one of the best chipotle experiences of my life. Well done.
I came back 2 months later and it was an absolute S-Show. I might steer clear hahaha. Out of 2 proteins and a line that doesn't seem to move..
3 weeks later and they are back on point hahahaha. Be careful. You might get amazing food and quick service or the complete opposite. Good luck!

It has been some years since stopped by a Chipotle to get food. I used to go several times a week until I stopped by the Edmond, Oklahoma location and was told they no longer clean the prep area and change utensils upon letting them know that you need to be gluten free. As someone who has celiac, this is important. If I accidentally eat something containing gluten, i will be sick for 3 days at best, hospitalized at worst.
I saw this new location in Midwest City and figured I would give it a try.
Not only was the staff immediately knowledgeable of the practice, but they did so happily, with smiles, and extremely polite in doing the absolute best they could.
I felt incredibly welcomed and quite enjoyed the entire experience.
I would highly encourage management to take notice of the staff they had working 11/17/25 around 7pm.
As a business owner myself, I would be thrilled to have this caliber of employees representing my business in my absence.
Great job guys.
I truly appreciated the welcome and will be a frequent customer.

Chipotle is my favorite restaurant. I used to order once a week, but the service is so slow here that I've had to stop. I've been late for appointments multiple times because I placed a mobile order and even when there weren't customers, it was still 15-20 minutes late. They mark it complete in the app so they don't get in trouble, but we don't get our food until much later. They seem to be understaffed.

Went here 3 times in 2 days. Got steak bowl each time. Quality and portions of steak were hit or miss. I don’t like it when they try to skimp out or tell me they’re goin to charge extra for cheese after I buy a double steak bowl. Qdoba doesn’t even charge for guacamole…. Sometimes the steak has a bunch of fatty pieces and half of it is inedible. Still though love chipotle!
