I placed an online order at 5:02pm it Said it would be ready at 5:08. I didn't end up getting my food until 5:53. My chicken was nasty and Luke warm and they didn't give me my okra. I called to speak with the district manager thats number is on the wall and the drive thru window and I still havent heard anything back. I go out of my way for this location because typically they are better. After yesterday 7/22/2025 I wont be back.

I went through the drive through on 7/14/25 around 530pm I was told to park they would bring my food i waited 15min nobody came so I had to go in have the lady my receipt in which she never gave back or put into my bag. I paid $5.98 I won't be back to this location

Very rude cashier spilled my drink all over the cup an tried to hand it to me then when asked to whip it off got an attitude Mayra H needs some training no silver in bag at work couldn’t eat food she got an attitude an still messed my order up trash 🗑️

Hey y'all, you can't be serving cold food especially fries. I got chicken strips/fries, and both were COLD! Not one bit of heat, so I know for a fact that food sat for a good long time. When the Caucasian lady is there the food is hot. My people it's cold. Don't make us look bad. Thanks😁

By far the worst chicken we’ve ever had. Went for lunch and the chicken was horrible. Will never visit this location again. Chicken was dry and flavorless. The mashed potatoes were the only thing worthy of mentioning.

What's the use of ordering through the App if you have to wait at the counter for the food to be prepared for an additional 30 minutes after the time it is supposed to be ready for pick up. Huge waste of time. This has happened on my 2 visits to this location, and both times were within the last week. I was hoping the first time was a fluke. Obviously not, orders at this location will never be ready on time.

Churches is Extremely Fortunate to have Maria on their Team! We had been planning to go to the Churches at 9010 NE 23rd Midwest City, OK but when I got in our 15 year old van it was completely and totally Dead. I then called the Churches and they gave my call to the manager, Maria who asked what I needed and after I explained our situation and told her we were experiencing “Chicken Withdrawal” Maria asked for my order and directions to our home stating that she would put the order together and then deliver it to our home in about 15 minutes. This High Level of service is very unusual during the slowest of times let alone on Wednesday right at the dinner rush. This Lady is a Saint among your Managers! The entire Churches Corporation and their shareholders would benefit greatly from allowing other employees to truly comprehend the importance, meaning, value and financial benefits of standing out from the multitude of restaurants who are serving good food but are seemingly clueless regarding what your level of commitment to providing Outstanding Customer Service!

Now... I can't say this 100... But.... The time I went the chicken was lit af... Biscuit came with melted honey and butter... Like what are we doing... Best spot to stop if you're in the neighborhood.
