I just happened to pass this place in MWC and stopped to get a cupcake for a client. They did not have what I wanted but they made it. Just like that. For that I am very thankful and will send anybody looking for cookies or cupcakes. Awesome service and great

I needed last minute treats for my son's Fallparty at school. I regret not getting the woman's name, but she was incredibly patient, helpful, personable, creative, & came up with the CUTEST designs for brownies. They were not only delicious, but were a huge hit with the cute decor! I had such an pleasant experience & appreciated her friendliness, help, professionalism, creativity, patience with me(!) & the quality of the desserts. Highly recommend!

Don’t order a two tier cake from here! I picked mine up and drove just a couple minutes down the road to my house and brought the cake inside. I opened the box to take a picture and the cake has completely fallen apart on the inside. I’m not sure what happened but I know that I was very careful with it. No refund or remade cake. Only offered me some cupcakes and cookies. I have ordered a one tier cake from this place and it was great. Stick to a one tier or go somewhere else!

If I could do zero stars I would. My 12 yr old daughter wanted to order me cookies for my birthday. They arrived, they were broken off the sticks, smashed and that wouldn't have mattered honestly if they had tasted good, but they were the WORST!!! Dry, stale tasting, hard, just awful. We used to like this companies cookies but they have gone down hill and the order was expensive too. So disappointed. Will never order again. You really should refund my order. The cookies were obviously old, and disgusting. 12/10 do not recommend.

I (Melanie Mobley) ordered a basket of cookies to deliver to my dad for Father's Day, who was in an assisted living facility in Texas. Then he ended up in the hospital, and the family wasn't sure where he would be when Father's Day came. I was able to call Cookies by Design and change the order to be delivered to my sister's house instead. They were kind and understanding, and even offered to deliver a day early, just to make sure it got there in time, so she could take the cookies to my dad. The cookies arrived in time and my dad is enjoying them. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

We ordered a cake for a wedding shower— wildflower themed. Kristi showed me cake designs online, I chose one, and it was perfect! The cake was strawberry and the icing was vanilla. It was both beautiful and delicious! Everyone loved it.The ordering and pickup processes were seamless, and the packaging kept the cake very safe for transport.The cost of the cake is more than the grocery store bakery, but it is well worth it, especially for a special event.

I ordered the large rectangle cookie cake online for a birthday. I was a little shocked at the price, but decided to go ahead and get it. OMG, it was definitely worth the price! The cookie was twice as thick as the Wally World ones and tasted delicious. The cookie was moist and the icing was tasty and pretty.Ordering online was easy, the website gave me a coupon and it was ready when promised. I will definitely be back.

These cookies are not made fresh daily! The quality is not what it was with previous owners. My purchase order last Christmas was so bad in taste that I said it would be my last purchase; however, because my family loves iced cookies I decided to give this place another chance. Big mistake -- as bad this year as the previous. Never again; for real this time! I'm done throwing my money, like the cookies, away here. I wish I had my money back and they had their tasteless, dry, crumbly cookies back. Even the icing had a bad taste. These cookies are grossly overpriced to be so bad. I'm amazed that it is still in business with the lack of quality they have.

Delivered to my daughter at OCU within 24 hours of ordering. The delivery staff had trouble finding her dorm on campus and rather than give up they called her and texted her. When she didn't respond they called me. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond and did not give up. The cookies were nicely presented and quite delicious (according to my daughter and her friends!). Being 1500 miles away, I was so thankful that they offered this service so I could send a little love.
