We arrived at 630pm. It was about the normal wait time for takeout. My husband got the steak sandwich as for me, chicken fried steak dinner. My mouth was watering the whole way home. we sat down at the table 😋 now. I'm the type to take the breading off. So when I did, there was no meat in the middle, and only some pieces of steak around the edges. This was so surprising to me. I know it probably was delicious, but I couldn't eat it. I wanted to take it back, but as a busy mom and granny I kept forgetting to get it when walking out the door, hands full, I just hope that's not the way they are cutting costs!!!!

The food is ok, nothing special for me. Most people I know get fried chicken sandwich (little chicken sandwich). I get the bacon cheese burger. The prices are a little high in my opinion.

If you go, bring your appetite. The specialty of all Del Ranchos is their "Steak Sandwich Supreme". It's a light and crunchy battered steak that spills over the sides of their large buns. The sandwich uses Miracle Whip instead of mayo for good reason. It brings the appropriate zip to the dressing. The steak is well seasoned and I've never had a tough one.
Del Rancho has a number of sides. My personal favorites will always be the fried okay or the onion rings. Both are perfectly good and the breading doesn't take away from the vegetables inside.
Great place wasn't crowded excellent service excellent food just had another great big meal complaining it was delicious just had another great meal too bad we only get there once in awhile
