I ordered a frozen hot chocolate. I remember when these use to be really good, and now it tastes like chemicals and fake chocolate. This absolutely ruined it for me, and on top of absolutely hating it, it was almost six dollars. I won’t be back.

I have been been a pleased customer @ this store for over 12 years and a DD customer for over 18 years! The variety of food offered is 2nd to none! Always fresh! I luv, luv, luv the frozen mocha latte blend. Food choices are never disappointing. DD bagels are for me closest to NY bagels-believe me, I've tried most around! The staff is always cheerful and accommodating. I was happy to find out that Robert is now the manager-great move! Maria is the Asst. Manager & she is the sweetest Lady you could encounter. No matter how busy they get, they always greet pleasantly! I have frequented 3 other DDs, and still prefer this one. A drive-thru would be helpful, but I would probably go in most times. It's clean & pleasant.

Drove all the way here from Wellston to get a cappuccino blast and the blender is broken, wasted so much time. The lady working the counter was very rude too. Will not be back

I went here around 2:30 today and wanted some ice cream. I was told by the worker that all of the ice cream was frozen except for one and that the worker told me that she would not be getting any ice cream out for me even though a customer in front of me had a double dip ice cream. This place has really gone down hill.
