UPDATE 03-25-2024Check your order before you leave!!Ordered a Reece’s cup sundae and paid extra for peanut butter sauce at drive through at 8:30 at night. I was giving exactly ZERO Reece’s cup ice cream and ZERO peanut butter sauce. They gave me what I guess was snickers ice cream and no sauce of any kind. $8 for nothing that I ordered. Not sure how employees are confused on what Reece’s cups look like. Being dark outside I didn’t notice and didn’t check until I got home. Yeah it’s generally delicious ice cream, personally not a fan of caramel.Perfect for any occasion. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, called weather, hot whether there’s something here for you. The staff is very kind. Doesn’t matter what hours you visit, they are always happy to see you and not gossipy. Plus let’s not forget the added bonus of Baskin Robbins ice cream

Just about every time I come through this Dunkin my order is some type of wrong. Missing donuts, bacon instead of sausage, drinks made wrong. It’s a simple matter of paying attention or asking a question if you don’t understand. Please, do better.

This was my first visit to this location and had a bad experience.I wasn't greeted or recognized by three employees.When I finally was assisted, I was greeted by a rude, me+h head.She was sighing under her breath, jittery, rushed, and obvious that she didn't want to help me.I asked her if she was trying to rush back to her me+h. Her attitude then changed.She looked dirty; and over food.I won't be back!

Poor service completely food and ice cream cold and ice cream melted to the point where I was drinking soup a banana split with no bananas so it’s not really a banana split but still charge the price of that it’s called false

I drove from Del city sunnylane Dunkin location to this one & I will be using this place from now on ! The gentleman that took my order was very kind and we had a awesome conversation. I was there for 5 minutes. I didn't even realize Dunkin had their own cups until I went to this location instead! Great job! Thank you for the amazing coffee! The best coffee I've had since I moved up here almost a year ago.

Do Not Recommend.So for school I'm doing a comparison of best national coffee shops. Let me tell you how much of a failure this place is. I visited at 2 p.m. on a Sunday. Visually, the counter and floor were dirty while trash was overflowing. I patiently waited while 3 employees passed by with a smile and no verbal greatings while the 4th came out of the restroom. He did sanitize afterwards. I had a 6 minute wait to place order (8 minute total) before my standard small coffee order. As i finished my audit in the store an older white lady came in and got almost immediate service from a person who passed me up. It was not busy. 1 car left the drive thru while I waited inside. When I asked about how many different types of beans they had available, the answer was 3. You told me Dunkin, do you only have 3 types of beans.
