Coffee is amazing 5 stars. Overall 4 stars mainly for the parking lot situation...preconstruction planning failed. You have to either: 1) drive in from around the block and come in from behind a neighboring building; or 2) enter from 15th, and then negotiate a couple of zig-zags (being careful that someone from one of the many nearby restaurants doesn't back out into you) then pull a 180-degree "u-turn" to get into one of the two lanes...its a joke. Every single time I get my coffee, they always have a smile on their face. Great service, and when ordering through the app, they are always on point and on time. Never had a problem.
