Love this place.
Had a horrible experience with new management. I drove 25min there and 25 min back home to realize my food was made totally incorrect. I called and the manager offered to compensate me with making my order correct, in which is not considered compensation being my order should have been made correct from the beginning. I explained to her I had already drove out there to drive out there again to have it remade and again no compensation. So I just got a refund. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. The food is usually GREAT! IT WAS ALSO VERY SMOKEY INSIDE. Due to the sandwiches being made incorrectly my Fiancé had an allergic reaction to the mushrooms that he had a bite of. I will not be returning and I have been a faithful customer for 4 years! The food also was not hot !

This Firehouse was amazing
Ordered the Philly and cheese sub. Wasn’t hot at all. Way too much Mayo on it. Super disappointed. The box it came in was super messy too. I’ll stick to jersey mikes.
They are so awesome and the staff is so sweet and helpful!! Especially the team from 12-1pm on Friday Dec 20th!!!

Don't order online. They have combo meals on the menu, but no way to choose your drinks and they won't deliver them. They get your order wrong and there's no way to fix it except driving up there. At that point, what's the point of ordering delivery?Edit: Went to the location to request missing items and for our messed up sandwiches to be remedied. Manager did eventually give us our missing items and fixed our sandwiches, but it was a hassle. We ordered from the Firehouse subs website, but he said that we had to go through "Whatever delivery app you used to place the order" to report any issues. Even tried to explain that we didn't use an app, and it wasn't the delivery company that made the sandwiches wrong. So, definitely won't be ordering online from them again.

Clean place. I hate having to ring my own order up. For that reason I won't be back. I don't go to places where that's an option. They wasn't busy it took 25 minutes to get a small sandwich. I always order The New Yorker at the other firehouse location so it is a sandwich I know I like. Meat was hard and not sure what dressings they used. Bread was toasted to where it was hard.

Why keep coming back and earning rewards if I can't use what I've earned? Came in to this location, traveled up here foolishly thinking I would be able to get a meal, and I was told the IT guys are at fault. I guess I should take responsibility for the system being shoddy. Definitely won't be back to this location.

Staff was very friendly and helped me decide on a sandwich I never had firehouse before and they were accepting and very helpful I ended up getting the new York steamer it was so tasty

Didn’t want to order through kiosk, employee said “okay have a good night” not even trying to take my order. Would go there often if a person would take my order. Have tried a few times since moving here. Tulsa stores don’t make you use the kiosk shoutout to them!

Never coming to this store again. Ordered 4 combos, two Italian, one spicy Cajun, and honey ham. One Italian was supposed to be no onion, no mayo, and all were supposed to have a pickle. The Italian had mayo and onion, and we didn't get pickles at all. We didn't notice until we were already back at the motel. Very disappointed.
