Ordered a medium signature Turtle sundae. Container only halfway full. Plus, only a spoonful of chocolate fudge at the very bottom. Next time I’m going to Sonic, they don’t short the blast I like. More money and less product at Freddie’s.

My main issue is they either don't listen or care. You say extra something they're happy to charge you for it, but good luck getting it. I get it we all aren't paid enough, but do your job with pride at the very least. Not for the company or business, but for yourself. I just know that one, the bacon is limp as a F on here, and that don't look like extra bacon to me. I checked everywhere on the B and not an ounce of extra bacon. Don't bother trying for extras unless it's an add on of fries, drink, in other words a menu item as is.

Genuinely, the food is fine, but over the year that we’ve lived here we have gone to this Freddy’s MAYBE 7-8 times. Literally every single time the order is wrong, and it’s always in the exact same way, being no shredded cheese on the hotdog. Big whoop, it’s a hotdog, but I mean it is RELENTLESSLY wrong. Every single time. Even after triple confirmation, it’s wrong. Even after practically begging them for the cheese on the dog, it’s wrong. Sometimes the dog will just be missing. They always fix it, and that’s super cool, but how is it wrong EVERY time? Burgers? Always perfect, made as requested. Fries? Mostly always in there. Hotdogs? Absolutely wrong, 100% of the time. Don’t get me wrong here, I’m not mad. Just really confused.

Really good burgers and onion rings. Fries are shoestring, which aren't my favorite, but they're cooked really well. Food is seasoned well.

Love Freddy's steak burgers but lately seems like the drive thru staff at this location doesn't care at all. Ordered a Cali steak burger & large fry. Ended up with 2 small fries that were cold & 2 burgers neither of which were a Cali. Please don't become McDonald's & hire people who can't get a simple order right.

The corporate managers are not understanding of people's situation and just all out rude they won't give you another chance even though you told them the situation the assistant manager is excellent but not the gm or anything about the company that involves corporate

I love the food at Freddy's but at this location ask them to not salt your burger. They have a heavy amount of salt on their burgers here.
