I went in to pick up a door dash. They hadn't even started it. Someone told me it would be a min. Maybe 5 mins later someone said Oh Drop The Nuggets for that DD. Everybody just standing around. Drive thru empty. Lobby empty. 4 employees that I could see and NOBODY was moving to put together this order. I just unassigned and left. THIS is probably why the parking lot stays empty.

The lady the took our order was extremely memorable in a good way. Her service alone is a reason to go back, I'll try to get her name next time. Food is always hot and tastes fresh. It's one of our favorite semi~fast food joints in the area.
The chicken fried steak was over cooked, I couldn't eat mine because it was hard, my corn tasted burnt, not a very good visit this time around, I've been there many times and those times, where pleasantly good, but this last Monday after lunch hours..I guess I got the left overs, that were maybe sitting there a while.

They were very busy, and some things were a little turned around going through the drive-thru, but the staff with great customer service put everything right and made the food taste great and sent a happy customer on his way. Went through tye drive thru for a couple of nugget meals. Very good service and tasty hot food.
Grandy's is a good place to eat at, their cinnamon rolls are awesome especially when their hot.

This is by far the worst Grandy's in Oklahoma City hands down. Not only did she not follow my took almost 15 to 20 minutes to bring my order to me. after almost 30 minutes she had she didn't even do my order right so I had to send another 15 to 20 minutes for them to redo my order I almost left and didn't even want to refund that's how pissed I was it was taking that long almost an hour sitting up there!!!

Upon going into order there was two men standing and waiting for their orders. One couple at table. Several dirty tables. I counted 6 employees working lots of food setting up in pans flies everywhere uncovered food very unorganized. Employees looked dirty. This wasn't even during busy hours. If it continues it will be the next closing in MWC. I will be contacting the health department for a list of violation I noticed. I know this is not the Grandy's standard. Really lazy employees with no customer service attitude I heard nothing but complaining.
