From the day they opened, the service was super slow and very unorganized. All of the employees were visibly on drugs, managing staff included. Customers were ignored while the crew had a loud, rude, obnoxious conversation that wasn't fit for public, let alone a work environment. Wait times were extremely long, food was mediocre because of the lack or organization. It's no wonder the place is already CLOSED. Shame, too, people around here like Grandy's. If they ever reopen, I hope they don't hire a bunch of dirty looking tweakers to run the joint.

If I could give 0 stars I would I called over 7 times to this location just to be ignored. I ordered breakfast and it was terrible I was missing a whole platter (grand platter) and the scrambled egg dish was missing sausage and gravy just got the damn biscuits my kid got hot cakes and he got French toast EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND STALE like if it was just sitting out and they refuse to answer the phone. Just to avoid throwing out food I fed it to my dogs.

Don't go here if your in a hurry . It seems like they just ignore the fact that there are customers at the counter trying to order . I really Don't see how this place is still in business . The food is mediocre at best and the service doesn't exist . Better off going literally anywhere else!!!

I went in to pick up a door dash. They hadn't even started it. Someone told me it would be a min. Maybe 5 mins later someone said Oh Drop The Nuggets for that DD. Everybody just standing around. Drive thru empty. Lobby empty. 4 employees that I could see and NOBODY was moving to put together this order. I just unassigned and left. THIS is probably why the parking lot stays empty.

The lady the took our order was extremely memorable in a good way. Her service alone is a reason to go back, I'll try to get her name next time. Food is always hot and tastes fresh. It's one of our favorite semi~fast food joints in the area.
The chicken fried steak was over cooked, I couldn't eat mine because it was hard, my corn tasted burnt, not a very good visit this time around, I've been there many times and those times, where pleasantly good, but this last Monday after lunch hours..I guess I got the left overs, that were maybe sitting there a while.

They were very busy, and some things were a little turned around going through the drive-thru, but the staff with great customer service put everything right and made the food taste great and sent a happy customer on his way.
