I went in to pick up a door dash. They hadn't even started it. Someone told me it would be a min. Maybe 5 mins later someone said Oh Drop The Nuggets for that DD. Everybody just standing around. Drive thru empty. Lobby empty. 4 employees that I could see and NOBODY was moving to put together this order. I just unassigned and left. THIS is probably why the parking lot stays empty.

The lady the took our order was extremely memorable in a good way. Her service alone is a reason to go back, I'll try to get her name next time. Food is always hot and tastes fresh. It's one of our favorite semi~fast food joints in the area.

They were very busy, and some things were a little turned around going through the drive-thru, but the staff with great customer service put everything right and made the food taste great and sent a happy customer on his way. My day sucked until the end,
