We stayed 1 night while attending a Thunder game in downtown OKC. Perfect location! The hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly, including the maintenance guy. Room for 4 was very clean, beds were soft, and we had plenty of towels. The shower gel was out so I did report that to the front desk. Breakfast area was clean and all the food was delicious! Oatmeal was made right too! The breakfast lady was so sweet and cared about keeping up the breakfast area. They also accommodated a late checkout because my niece was ill. We definitely will plan to stay again!

I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed here before with no issues. I booked the room the same night due to a flood in my home. As my kids and I were on our way to the hotel, I received a call from the receptionist who stated, "we no longer accept local residents at this Hampton and I will be canceling your reservation." Not to mention she was VERY rude and unprofessional! With such short notice, my children and I were stuck to find a hotel after 9pm! Thank goodness for the Home2Suites directly across the street. They welcomed us with great hospitality. Don't waste your time or money on this raggedy, worn down, smelly, unprofessional hotel!

Stayed one night . Very friendly rooms were great. Breakfast was good bed was perfect. . Only thing front desk people need to brush up on directions better . On how to get to the airport . The roads and things . But I encountered that several times in Oklahoma.

Stayed here two nights and was pleased with the overall service and cleanliness. The front desk was helpful and welcoming. The older lady that prepared the breakfast was wonderful. She was a bright spot in the morning. Glad we chose this location.

The accommodation meets the standard of a typical U.S. Hampton hotel. The rooms are of standard size but show signs of use and age. The AC unit was loud. The gym is small. The breakfast offered a limited variety, mainly consisting of processed food, but the staff was friendly.

I would absolutely give it a zero if I could. We booked this trip through Priceline. We drove over 3 hours with our 3 kids under 7 for a sports tournament this weekend and were unable to fulfill our reservation or get a refund. Yolanda or whatever her name is at the front desk was actually abhorrent. She had an attitude as soon as I got up to the desk. I just brought in my card and ID because that's all I need at most hotels, she proceeded to tell me they couldn't take my cash card(fine understandable) when I went to get my actual bank card out, she started with even more of an attitude making it seem like I was lying or trying to scam. So I proceeded to ask how I'd get a refund and she said I'd have to call Priceline. So we leave and I get immediately on the phone with Priceline. They TRY to transfer to connect me to her to speak about a refund and she flat out refused to speak to me. She refused to do any real customer service to make HER problem correct. So we call Hampton inns line and she refuses again to speak to us and when we call Priceline back she actually hangs up on Priceline saying and I quote from mediator "I'm not about to keep repeating myself, I'm not speaking to her and I refuse to issue a refund" in my 30 years I have never had such horrible customer service for hotels and I'm in shock this is what they're training people to do.
***We stayed in the Hilton across the road last weekend and had ZERO issues with my card use. Either one. We will never be coming back to Hampton inn especially this one.
