Would not recommend staying here if you have children. Tried to have 2 small slumber parties for 2 of our daughters and swimming before. They first kicked us out of the pool saying there were too many people in the pool even though we had called before and were told 6 people per room could be in the pool. Then proceeded to tell us we couldn't stay in the rooms we paid for unless it was only 2 adults and 1 child per room. Upon requesting a refund since we were unable to meet their unrealistic made up rules we were informed we could not get a refund due to already being in the room and "enjoying" the pool. We checked in at 3 it was 5:30. Our children had been in the pool all of 20 minutes. The young girl who was working the desk told us we had ten minutes to even sing our children happy birthday and if we weren't out in 10 minutes the cops would be called. So now we are out $200 and got the worst service ever experienced in a hotel. Will never attempt to stay here again.

Staying here for a couple of days for work and by far one of the best Hilton properties at its price.The manager that works the evening shift is really thorough and amazing at his job. I checked in with him when I first arrived my first night, but didn’t even need to as I had already checked in on the app and got my digital key.On my last night here, when I stepped outside (just a few minutes ago as of this review), I saw him checking the parking lot to make sure everything was safe snd secure. Since I have a work van with many tools in it, it’s good to know he is checking to make sure no one is up to no good.Besides that, the room was extremely clean and quiet, so I know the housekeeping is on top of their game as well.The breakfast is the usual for Hampton Inn, but it was definitely the freshest breakfast I’ve had so far (even at 9am) and all the employees I came across said good morning and were really nice.Only complaint for me was the bed is a bit on the firmer side for my liking, but that is just my preference.Rooms: Very clean and quiet.Safety: Nightly checks of property.Noteworthy details: Amazing employees!

Very kind staff, giving quick answers and with a smile.Although the hotel is not in the center. From the hotel's central location, the trips to anywhere took up to 15 minutes.Breakfast is served every day 06:00-10:00.The rooms are very comfortable and have everything.Overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

Please never book attempt to book over the phone reservation .During a 2 night stay in Oklahoma for a funeral service and residing in Kansas City Mo. The lady on the phone completely became a GRINCH !I communicated was in need of a handicap room with a connecting double as myMom is 93 years young.Upon arrival no connecting room for my Mom as well as no handicap room.Please be aware that the hotel then charged my credit card$233.92 and $ 202.10On December 9th 2023##!I am on social security disability with very limited funds yet by their admission were unaware of what happened.They apologized never refunding my Credit card.Those funds were for a Christmas gift for my momAnd food for my Christmas dinner SHAME ON YOUfor ruining my stay charging me twice while I traveled alone,Also making the funeral more unbearable.This has yet to be corrected and I'm sure the Owners of HiltonWould not tolerate this from one of their Franchise.Praying this reaches the right handsSo please beware of such awful treatment re: FranchiseHopelessly destitute and lost.June Sayers

We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn! This place is exceptionally clean and peaceful, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. It also offers a delicious breakfast that adds to the overall great experience. We truly enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast options during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

When I arrived I was exhausted from a long/busy day. I was greeted and checked in by Jasmine who is absolutely AMAZING! From her genuine demeanor to accommodating my special requests, she left nothing to be desired. It didn’t take me long to realize that I made the right choice for my stay in OKC. Along with Jasmine, Kathy at the front desk and the lady who was in the dining area for breakfast were helpful & warm.Rooms: Rooms were modern, clean, had a refrigerator, comfy beds, great tech enabled with the built in charging ports, plenty of channel options & hallways were well lit.Safety: I felt totally safe even coming in during the nighttime.Walkability: There are several restaurants and stores in the area.

This was one of our stays during your cross country drive back home from the West coast to the East coast. This hotel was right off the interstate. The room was very nice and clean. We stayed in multiple hotels and this was the best of them all. The bed was not the most comfortable but loved the pillows. The shower had amazing water pressure and very good heat. Breakfast was mediocre and nothing to talk about. Well except the waffle maker had 2 types of batters. I would recommend this hotel.
