After your barista (I’m not sure what HteaO employees are technically called) tried to gaslight me, and told me that’s my iced Texas chai latte came loaded with cinnamon powder at the top, I decided to just go to the location in Okc. Y’all are great! That experience just was not. I order the same drink every single morning, I know what’s in it lol.

Friendly staff, tea is delicious, good alternative to coffee. There is coffee, but the main item is tea. And there is lots of different kinds of teas. Our favorite, Green almond. There is a water dispensing machine outside (niche in the wall) and they sell ice. Good place, all & all!

My favorite place for sweet tea! So many choices flavored teas,the staff is so friendly and I love the store inside too:) Iced Carmel macchiato is pretty good too.They have a points reward system so sign up! Once you get the HTeaO app. you can get a free gallon of tea of your flavor choice. Oh and after 2 pm it’s half price drinks!

I love hteao, the staff is amazing and the drinks are really good 😁This time I purchased the Huge Ryan Palmer and the drink was very refreshing... I definitely recommend this place to anyone who love tea, you will not be disappointed at all... They also have seasonal drinks at well, check them out and thank me later 😊

Bought a $20 gift card from the the drive thru in Midwest city, Ok on 15th. The kid handed me the card with no receipt. Dummie me drove off. Next day I went on line to check balance and it shows 0. I drove down to the store, described the kid that sold it to me with no receipt. Cadise (sp?) the manager takes the card inputs it and says it has $20 on it. I told her I went on line multiple times and it shows zero. I asked for a receipt showing the balance. She said I can’t do that. UNBELIEVABLE! What kind of business is this. How can I give this card as a gift now?
