I love this place, but their app is terrible. You can’t get your point scanned in because their app won’t work. They say oh yeah it won’t work and we can’t do anything about it in the store. There is no customer service email or anything that I found. And I tried to get a drink made for a friend. But the app flipped out and made us something completely different. Went thus morning to get a mint tea lovely service as always everytime i come they even put a sunrise and cactuses on my lib and i absolutely love it! My favorite store in this town

After your barista (I’m not sure what HteaO employees are technically called) tried to gaslight me, and told me that’s my iced Texas chai latte came loaded with cinnamon powder at the top, I decided to just go to the location in Okc. Y’all are great! That experience just was not. I order the same drink every single morning, I know what’s in it lol.
