No gloves, take forever, ignore the customers, and they’re gluttonous looking.

This location has been sold out of promo stuff and never lets the people know when ordering. 12 dollars for snack foods is not worth it. I paid for the promo stuff. I wasnt told until I asked for it. Even when handed the food, I wasnt told.

A friend and I went to this restaurant, very early in-the-morning, to celebrate his employment and the food was delicious.
The overnight crew here is great. Food was hot and tasty, well worth venturing out at 2 am in the cold for. 11/10

For once I got my entire order, done right, the first time!!! This is usually not the experience we have at Jack In The Box, but this store was on it. :)

We pulled into the drive through about 10:48pm to get 2 meals. When we arrived there was 4 cars in front of us and they were barely moving. We get to the intercom at 11:04pm. Lady comes over the com and asked if we had a mobile order we said no then she tells us one moment and then doesn’t say anything else for almost ten minutes. We had to initiate a response. She asks again if we had a mobile order. We told her no we want to order food. We ended up leaving due to her response and the lack of service we weren’t going to receive after the lack of communication and we were told we have to wait until she finishes 8 other orders. In one so called minute. I’m never coming back. I will be letting everyone else I know not to come to the location because they serve who they want apparently. Lady had pigtails and a colorful cardigan on.

I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the guy at the window I am just leaving the parking lot but I believe he is working with the manager and she made our food perfectly. They were both really good. Food was made perfect! Still warm, tasted like it was made to go not sitting around. Guy at the window was nice, respectful, and good energy. I appreciate the service especially for fast food. I hope more places can follow that. And no I didn’t know any of them before tonight.

Placed a mobile order at this location and picked it up not even 15 minutes later. Only waited a minute at the speaker before I was greeted, which is perfectly fine. Upon reaching the window, I was given a total which was not mine. Not a big deal. But upon telling the employee that I was picking up a mobile order, they more or less shoved the bags in my face. The drinks weren't even made yet either. Didn't really think too much of it. The worst part was when I got home and started eating my food. I ordered a cluck chicken sandwich and seasoned curly fries. The sandwich looked absolutely pathetic and tasted even worse. The chicken patty was extremely tough. As for the fries, they were incredibly soggy. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I like Jack in the Box, and I really expected better. :/

A crew member named alexandria made me wait until I said something.She was going to have me wait there as long as I was willing to. She got my order completely wrong. Had an attitude and everything. Get rid of her

Wife got attitude at the drive thru window when she told the lady working that she got the order wrong. Obviously the re is a big problem with this location as all the bad reviews are geared 8. The same direction. Food thrown together! Attitude of employees! Lobby hours and store operations not as posted in lobby closed early, online ordering only, no till so no cash payment. All you see is an apology from whoever reads these and responds and the same stuff goes on!. Poor management leads to poor service.

Customer service is horrible. Spoke to three different employees and each had an attitude from hell. Came around nine and they were out of almost everything because things were frozen. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
