We had a really great breakfast here. The server was very nice and helpful with any substitutions we wanted. I had a traditional breakfast with 2 eggs hash browns extra crispy with biscuits and gravy. She had the breaded pork chop breakfast with waffles. The pork chops were cut thin and seasoned very well. But the waffle they served was beyond that. It was perfectly crisp on the outside with tender breading within. All hot and sweet. The syrup was just an extra layer of sweetness...
Quiet, laid-back atmosphere — like an old diner. Food was hot and fresh. The white gravy has the perfect consistency and flavor. Service was excellent.
My only complaint is the men's restroom had an overpowering smell of cleaning chemicals. I'm glad they clean their restrooms, but please let it air-out.

We ate there Sunday morning, 09 Mar 25. I had the chicken fried steak, eggs fried hard over, biscuits and gravy and fresh fruit. The wife had the baja omlete. Both meals were cooked to perfection and enjoyed by us both. Our meals came out quickly and the server was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Great job Jimmy's Egg MWC!
