Ask for a large bowl of gravy...got a small container for about $5. It was runny and dark brown...not good at all. Didn't want to go back and ask for a new order because of the people they had hanging around inside/outside.

I got 8 piece meal and 8 hot and spicy wings. Food was hot fresh and delicious the biscuits wernt quit done but put them in air fryer for 5 min and good. Manager was exceptionaly nice. We got wings and drinks free for

They gave us the wrong food, charged us to much and made us wait for it.
Ordered 2 big boxes(8&9). I was asked to pull forward after paying the lady at the window said it was for fresh fries. We waited 15 mins.The fries were not fresh.The chicken was cold. My husband was missing a piece of chicken (a drumstick) and his Mac and cheese. Literally half his meal.I called the restaurant and got no answer. I decided to eat the food we DID GET. Called again. And someone answered and hung it right up! So annoying!! That’s the part that actually pissed me up!!

Customer service is always awful. Disrespectful lady cussed at me while picking my food up from the counter at around 6pm tonight, August 2nd. I don’t blame her though, I’d probably be mad too if I didn’t know simple math. 8+8=16 by the way

My husband picked up dinner for myself and my daughter and it was horrible!!!!! The chicken strips are very small and cold and the chicken potpie was over cooked and the tin was smashed down so there was very very little inside! I will not be back!!!!! This isn’t the first time!!!! I have pics, wish I could post them here. And I’m not a complainer. But these meals sucked!!!!
