I went there last Tuesday for the 8 pc original chicken bucket got home it was so greasy the breading was falling off the chicken 🍗 wasn’t even edible! Don’t go stay away from this location horrible

Sandwiches were okay and fries were okay. Chicken tenders were not good. The kids meal came with dark grayish old chicken nuggets and the fries were dark and old and chewy in the kids meal. The rest of the meals were more fresh. Not happy with this particular location at all.

Sure don't know what's happening with places but they have turned to crap, go up on prices and down on quality and service. I just left this place i ordered the big box with 3 chicken pieces I drive up to window paid and was made to pull around to door to sit out and wait on my food set there for more than 5 minutes and thought well maybe I'll get some fresh hot food, wrong I got home the chicken was old and cold and what got me was when the boy that brought out my food and the cars food that ordered behind me he just swinging it around like really, not again I guess if I want chicken anymore I'll go to grocery store and get it a lot cheaper and more to it.

I was rushed to pick up my order and they didn’t even give me my correct order. Not my side. Not my chicken and then tied the bag so I couldn’t even check til I got 20 mins down the road and got home. No sauces. Not the right drinks. I’m pissed.

I don't know what's going on with this store. Place an order online and they first said it was there and I checked the address again and it was there and then I got around to drive through for a second time they said oh yeah it's here

I had such a great experience at KFC thanks to Dakota. They were super friendly and made the whole interaction feel really easy and positive. You could tell they cared about doing a good job—my order was accurate, quick, and they still took the time to smile and check in to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s not always the case at fast food places, but Dakota made it feel personal and genuinely pleasant. Little things like that really stand out and make you want to come back.

Waited five minutes at drive thru, they did not have any pot pies. Went inside to order two 2-piece extra crispy white, was told they didn't have that!! Never go this KFC again.

Got a 16 pc tender family meal, tenders were hot & crisp. Sides were hot with fresh buttery biscuits. Great atmosphere, great staff, super helpful & friendly!

This location was incredibly slow with no one in the lobby. Placed an online order that was to be ready 7pm. Walked in at 7:04 and did not receive my order until after 8:30. Again, it was nowhere near busy. Had I not paid online, I'd have left the establishment. Made it a point to tell anyone walking in about the slow service. Too many options available to settle for poor service.

This was the worst chicken we ever had. It was fried hard as a rock . It cost me over 20.00. Wasted money. Tried to call. No one answered the phone. I had a 3 piece, my hubby had the straps. All very hard,overcooked and dry.

Waited an hour after ordering on Dash. Dash even assigned new delivery drivers because it took so long. Never got it and cancelled. They kept telling drivers it was 15 more minutes. Literally an hour and nothing. Bunch of jokers for workers at this place.

Ordered online still had to wait 20 minutes for my food. The 3 employees were in no hurry to get orders out. Seems they are under staffed. The tenders were very small. Probably won't be back
