Very disappointed! Didn't get everything ordered! Attitude when asked about it. One pizza was brought out then half an hour to 45 minutes later another one! No one was in there when we went in. 3 people came in and ordered they got all there's in a timely manner!
Would not refund money for missing items! Wont be going back! Very very rude people. And thieves!

Awsum deal on 1 topping pies best deal in town, a touch greasy but I eat it up for meal break while working delivery 😜🚚🐻

The staff is a bunch of teenagers not doing their job sitting in the lobby laughing and talking there was at least 10 tickets sitting on the printer horrible employees

I paid $38 dollars for large sausage pizza, cheese bread, cinnasticks, ham & cheese hoagie. The sandwich & cheese bread were edible but pizza & cinnasticks are going in the trash. Very dissatisfied....

Great salad bar. I'm addicted

I chocked on a piece of plastic that was in my food. I’m not too sure if it was in the marinara sauce or the pizza. Since I dipped my slice in the sauce. As I was pulling out of my mouth what I thought would be a hard pepperoni.. it was actually a thick piece of plastic. I’m so disappointed and disgusted because I swallowed my food before realizing what I had just pulled out of my mouth and chocked on the other parts of plastic.
Not to mention this was halfway through the point my family had been eating and the food was damn near gone.
This is so nasty and extremely dangerous thing!!
I always had ordered from this Mazzio. We have only had 1 other time that we had our food delivered and our sauce was bloated and smelled sour because it was expired. We had called and spoke with a young man and informed him to inspect the sauces that had just received 3 sour expired sauces.

The GM or whoever is in charge needs to be aware that the food safety regulations are not being followed or something. Sour/ expired sauce is one thing but physically chocking is another!
* I found 1 more in my sauce. A whole different cup.

Crazy that outta 5 Stars This Mazzios location only has a 3.7/5☆ rating..
Well i'm here to tell you don't let a couple of bad reviews stear you away from Mazzios Pizza..
It is still The Mazzios that was around when I was growing up in the early 90s..
Same taste just better customer service & I wanna single these wonderful men out..

I think both of you for your dedicated work needs to be recognized & Both of you guys are a big reason we still have a Mazzios in MWC..

What a great man he is..The many times I go into Mazzios It's easy to tell That he's a great manager and his employees respect him..
And lastly I want to recognize Darrell who is
Is a shift manager right under Don..
Both of you guys are doing an amazing job..
My goal is to give guys an Honest review that I think you guys deserve..
I really hope this gets to corporate...
