The pizza and salad are great, and the staff is awesome!

Ordered dine in for me and my wife medium pizza was decent, wings were trash not once did a waiter or any staff come by to see how we were. I think this was our last visit at Mazzio’s Pizza.

Deliver was very late. Thin crust pizza with pepperoni with only an anemic amount of pepperoni. Would not recommend

Almost all the tables were dirty even though they were not busy. Calzone was flat due to lack of toppings. Chicken wings had very little sauce to none. Service was friendly and professional.

When I came in I notice it was 1 guy preping the food & running the register he never wash his hands. I got hesitant rather if I should eat my own pizza because after he gave me mines he went back to making pizzas without washing hands … I tried to call corporate but couldn’t get an answer I really regret it now , I just wanted a pizza to enjoy my day off I had to throw mines away .

Pretty gross. The tables were kind of sticky, the decorations had thick layers of dust, and worst of all there was old food splattered all over the walls.

The MWC Mazzio's, like all Mazzio's I've been to, has a certain slightly grungy charm that's nostalgic to me. It's not for everyone, I'll admit. That aside, the employees here are friendly and hard-working. They seem to legitimately care about people. Today, we came in with a coupon for a bogo buffet, and the system wouldn't accept the discount code. Ms. Boo did not hesitate in resolving the issue well beyond the standard. She insisted on giving us our entire order for free, which we certainly didn't expect. She and the other employee I saw greeted everyone with warmth and thanked them when they left. Our lunch date to Mazzio's was lovely.
