Beware if you buy the Tea Pass. If you try to mobile order, you’ll be forced to pay a 10€ “privilege fee” just to use their app—otherwise, you must go in person to get your “free” product. That’s not a perk, that’s a scam. Maintaining an app is the cost of doing business; customers shouldn’t have to pay extra for a company to make money off its own technology.

The inside of the store smells like a sewer, which is frankly disgusting and raises serious questions about food safety.

On top of that, customers aren’t allowed to substitute meat without paying $3 more. Some people cannot eat ham (and honestly, no one should be forced to), but instead of allowing a reasonable swap for turkey or another option, they charge extra. The result is you either pay more for a simple substitution or lose out on part of a sandwich you already paid for.

The only positive here is the employees—they are very kind, helpful, and awesome. None of these shady business practices are their fault, and they deserve better than to work for a company this slimy.

Overall, the combination of hidden fees, questionable cleanliness, and unfair upcharges makes this a place I cannot recommend.

Never includes the pickle spear. Ever. I’ve been to this location on and off for over 7 years, and this is the one store that neverrrrrrr adds the pickle. Do you just not have any pickles at this store?

Normally they are spot on but i ordered the New Yorker and it came with no mustard and no pickle spear. I also ordered soup and no crackers came with it, if your going to charge almost $11.00 for a sandwich make sure it has all the ingredients

Terrible service, me and my son went in around 5:45 and we were the only one's in line, a lady came in she walked up to the counter, me and my son were already ready to order, after being there for almost 5 minutes already, the manager clearly seen us, and went ahead and took the lady's order, was not happy, but went ahead and order after she took the other lady's order, then the food came out, and of course it was wrong. This location has been going down hill in my mind.

Came in to pick up my order and it was pretty busy! A young man named Leland came to help me with a cheerful positive attitude and great smile! Made me feel welcomed and got me taken care of quickly!! GREAT EMPLOYEE, we need so many more of him in establishments!!

horrible customer service, went here on my lunch break and it took 45 minutes to get a ham and cheese sandwich. ordered through the mobile app and decided to check on my order after 30 minutes of waiting inside and my food hadn’t even been started.

Went here for a quick early dinner. We both ordered the BLT our way and they came just the way we ordered them. They were delicious and very fresh.

Good was good. Front guy was nice but when our order came wrong the lady who handled wasn’t very nice about it….. she seemed annoyed with it but I paid money for it :/ I’m not sure if she was the manager or what but that’s not the way to handle paying customers ma'am
