I brought my toddler grandson here today for a quick bite and the crew was awesome! They even helped me by carrying our food to the Play Place since I was trying to control a toddler. Awesome customer service!
I recently visited the Drive thru and had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s at 7205 SE 15 th street location in Midwest city, Oklahoma on Saturday morning 11/4/2023 for a simple black coffee and 2 sausage cheese biscuits and what I received was a HOT Coffee that the (lid was not put on securely) with cream and sugar since it went all over me and the inside of my pickup and all the drive thru attendant had to say to me was My Bad, when I asked for something to soak up...read full review
I ordered 3 burgers and there was something wrong with all 3. I ordered a quarter pounder it had no pickle on it. I ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers and neither of them had cheese. I also ordered nuggets and the didn’t give us our sauce for them. It’s one thing to make a mistake it happens. But for all 3 to be wrong is not okay. I tried to call the restaurant but no one answered.

McDonald's offers a convenient app for ordering, which is a major part of the improvement. The drive thru is typically busy with lines, but has improved significantly with the window work and having orders ready. The restaurant has friendly staff and is clean. It serves great coffee and has good food, making anything other than breakfast awesome. However, the breakfast can be terrible, with the sausage egg McMuffin sometimes being dry or having burnt buns and the breakfast burrito not tasting fresh. Despite some drawbacks, McDonald's aims to provide a positive dining experience.
