I waited 43 minutes for a 10 piece chicken nugget, finally I ask for the manager and she acted like I was troubling her, she was short and acted like she was doing me a favor, I will never visit this location again

Incompetent , rude , disgusting , ... These are the best words I can come up with to describe the attitude of the nasty lady at the drive thru ! I really hope your manager cares enough about her customers to fire you !! Keep acting the way you do and your gonna catch the wrong one on the wrong day . The workers here don't seem to understand quick short easy orders can be given out the first window while they are busy taking over 15 minutes to get an order out the second window. I'm not super angry, just disappointed and regretful.

I was the second one into the drive through and three cars pulled up to the other order station and had there order taken before mine ever was. then when there were no cars but me in the drive through it took another 2-3 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the speaker. Very inefficient and frustrating. I then had to wait longer because they forgot my drink which i’m usually fine with but after getting ignored it just put the cherry on top.
The lady at the drive thru window is rude as hell! They messed up my order! Then when asked to fix it she had an attitude with doing not. She shrugged her shoulders when I told her about it. Then shoved my bag to me. I wasn’t rude to this lady at all. This isn’t my first encounter with her!
