The manager working on duty at 12/14/25 at 11:30 pm is extremely rude. Told me to get out his line and move and waved me away like he doesn’t work in customer service. while I was just checking my food to see if it was right. Still missing some items but couldn’t say anything cause he slammed the window in my face and told me to go. Mind you there was nobody else in line for him to be rushing me like that.

This McDonald's is terribly run. It takes forever. They never have any condiments out, and it takes you 20 minutes to get someone's attention to ask for any. They consistently mess up orders.

They were out of stock of practically everything. Broken soda fountain, food just didn't look good, was cold and sadly put together. Think we'll drive a little further next time my kids ask for it.

Night shift is absolute garbage. They forgot a 20 piece on my order so i had to sit for another 10 minutes while the rest of my stuff got cold and then tried to make me go park instead of giving it to me. I told the little girl I wanted my stuff and I wasn’t moving. She told me I needed to move and she said “um I work the window not the kitchen” I told her I didn’t care and to go find my stuff. Lo and behold it was ready and just waiting there. Too lazy to go check. Smfh. Garbage customer service from night shift every time.

Hello my name is Amaya and I am a loyal customer at the McDonald on 15th in Midwest Oklahoma every morning or overnight I come the older lady in the window by the name of Kay is very rude I don’t know if she doesn’t like her job or is very stress but it’s ridiculous she not she’s rushing me through my order not giving me time to look at the menu tell me that I can’t get things that I can like the by one sandwich get one for a dollar she said the steak was not included but it was she just really makes my morning hard for no reason I believe that it would be in McDonald and everyone else best interest if she was to maybe be moved out the window or put on early retirement
I'm disappointed and dissatisfied I got food from here @9:30 ordered a bundle and some. Nothing was fresh and when I called twice no answer or let me fix that.

Location is always closed when I try to order overnight. Had an online order at 3:30 am and they wouldn't make it, said they wouldnt take orders until 4:20 am. Told me to get a refund. I work overnights, so relied on McDonald's for food. Change the 24-hour advertisement if you aren't going to serve people overnight.

Just last weekend I ordered two sausage biscuits egg and cheese and a McGriddle and they charged me over $33 when I called them back they did not want to do anything so I thought I'd try them one more time this weekend ordered a bacon McGriddle and they literally put two pieces of bacon between the bread and that was it The store on 15th Street does not take care of their customers
