I was attempting to pay for my food with my chime card and but only had 1.25 of it on the so need to use my PayPal for the remaining 24 cents. I know Im cheap but hard times. The girl at the register wanted me to use my PayPal first which I was un willing to do worries she would charge the entire amount on there leaving the 1.25 on chime. Not wanting to make a scene when it became apparent she wasn't able to accommodate me I told her to cancel the order and went back to finish...

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, they got my order out to my fairly quick. I didn't realize until I had already left that they gave me only part of my order. I went back and went to the drive thru, they had me pull around to the window and gave me the rest of my order right away. I shouldn't have had to go back in the first place, but I'm glad everything was taken care of quickly.

Over the past year it has seemed to improve in all food service aspects. Drive thru is typically busy with lines, but has improved significantly with the window work and having it all ready. I believe the app is a major part of the improvement
