They gave me half of my order and had me park to get the rest. I started eating fries and opened the McDoubles just to realize they were McChickens and the McDonald's has everything on it when I ordered plain. I had touched all of them to check to see if they were all wrong and they literally took the food back that I had already touched, gave me my correct order and then gave that order i had my hands all over to someone else. Yes my hands were clean but I still wouldn't want food that some random person has touched. Won't order from there again.

Every single time I try to give this specific McDonalds a chance, they manage to let me down every single time. The problems range from long waits in the drive-thru, the very subpar customer service skills, and the mediocre tasting food. Attached is a picture of my double quarter pounder with a very thin piece of paper in-between the two patties. This confirms it: I will NEVER come back to this specific location.

I know fast food, and McDonald's in particular, is not seen as 'high class'. However, I expect a pleasant experience when I go into any restaurant. I got that pleasant experience at this location! It was well-lit, clean, everything was prepared quickly. We had a little mishap with the soda, and one of the employees was quick to clean it up despite my protesting that I would do it. She said she wanted her customers to have a wonderful experience, and it was clear she took pride in her work. Great location to visit.

This McDonald's location was disappointingly slow and provided subpar customer service. The young lady responsible for gathering my drink cup appeared visibly annoyed by my request. Despite my polite manners, she couldn't even muster a simple welcome.Her actions spoke volumes as she dragged her feet to the cup station, carelessly placing the cup without uttering a single word. Similarly, she haphazardly tossed my to-go food onto the counter without calling out a number or providing any sort of acknowledgment.When I kindly asked for condiments, she reluctantly made her way over, again dragging her feet, and placed them on the counter without speaking or acknowledging my gratitude. It was evident that this individual would be better suited to the fry machine in the back rather than dealing with the public upfront

Went to pick up a uber order, saw 2 kids playing outside the door thought nothing of it. Then I see a McDonald's worker bring the kids in and lock the lobby door in my face, and laugh with another worker in the lobby and tell me to go thru the drive thru which was wrapped around the parking lot. I get its mcdonalds, didn't realize it was a mcdaycare and that would mean shutting the lobby down early.

Always rushing gets wrong order everytime, descent workers but need to pay better attention or get better headset's in drive thru. I been on both sides customer/worker. I make mistakes occasionally but every single Wednesday! for the past few months I've never received a right order Always something wrong with it or charged to much for something I didn't order. Really disappointing

Went through the drive-thru. When the employee greeted me at the speaker I couldn't hear what she said because she was speaking very quietly. Then a plane flew over and she continued to speak instead of waiting for the plane to go by. I answered, and then she loudly said, "I can't hear you!" They did not put requested sauce in the bag for my nuggets. I went inside for the sauce and as I approached the counter several employees including managers saw me, but no one said anything to me. An employee even grabbed a cleaning cloth and walked right past me, looking me dead in the eyes and said nothing to me, but asked someone behind me if they had an order. She walked by me two more times when I finally asked her if she could get me my sauce. I guess turnover is so high now that they don't even bother training or enforcing basic customer service?

This is a new McDonald's for the area. The old McDonald's was connected to a gas station so the free standing building is much nicer. There is usually a wait here at this location. Staff is nice but not friendly. Like they just say your total is but nothing more. Just bland. Food over all for me has been positive and have also gotten my correct order.

I picked up a doordash order from here. The best service I have ever gotten at a McDonald's in a long time. The order was ready when I got there and the gentleman was nice, great smile, and friendly. When McDonalds appears on my screen, I usually cringe and debate on taking the order, but this one I'll take again any day. They must have gotten new management from what other previous reviews are saying.
The food was so fresh. The McMuffin was really soft. The service was very fast.

Just now...Waited a girl of 7 mins just to reach the speaker. Then was asked to wait. I Waited 2 mins and when I asked "hello?" The man got rude and told me to "again please wait. I just drove off and went to the one on 15th because my fussy toddler was hungry. Ugh!

This is the worst mc Donald’s you can go to avoid it drive the extra 10 minutes to find a better one their employees here are beyond slow not only physically but mentally too.... so freaking rude always mess the order up and you’ll be there waiting for 30 mins for the simplest orders
