Door dashed McDonald's for my daughter and me tonight. Got 10 PC nugget meal and 2 cheese burger meal....shows up, no fries whatsoever! They keep messing up at this location and never answer the phone so I cant ever get refunded or helped in any way. It is ridiculous that almost every single order is messed up in some way and I'm screwed out of more money yet ahain

The lady’s in both drive through windows were super rude about us having a DoorDash order pickup especially the one who had a dirty wrap over her ear handling food disgusting!!! , and when we told the First Lady we had a pickup she could have told the next window but no we sat and waited for the lady to open the window after 10 minutes and be rude about us holding up the line , well maybe if you did your only job and asked which order was ours we wouldn’t have been there that long seriously awful get a different job if you hate yours

Ordered a fish filet meal with No salt on the fries, employee at the 2nd window told me to pull up to spot 3, then she slammed window in my face. She didn’t ask my choice of condiments and didn’t allow me to request any. Eventually a young lady came to my car door with the food, w/o condiments. I asked if there were ketchup in the bag? She said I don’t know my job is to just take the bag to the car. I asked do I have to get out the car and get the ketchup myself, the girl said with an attitude she could get it. Never came back after a while, I left. I must say, customer service in general has gone down. #1 the first person should have asked for my choice of condiments , #2 have the condiments in the bag. Since none of this was done, the last employee did not improve the situation by resolving it, instead showed how annoyed she was by my request. Anyway, went to KFC across the street to get ketchup. Should have followed my first thought and got Taco Bell.

They are very rude I seen them drop food on the floor and use it....they don't wear gloves to make food at all they don't wash them hands like they suppose to they store isn't clean like I would expect they GM be smelling like marijuana when she comes to work it's just unsafe the burgers be so sloppy and not done all the way the health department needs to be call asap

Do not answer the phone, ever. Tried many times.
