Every single time I order at this location there’s always something missing and I have to get a refund, especially through mcdelivery. I placed an order today and 5 of my fries were not in the bag (2 mediums, 3 larges) and yet again I had to get a refund. I let it ride the first couple of times because people are human and they make mistakes but when it’s every single time that’s a bit absurd and shows a lack of attention to detail even on a small level.

Trying to use my reward points here is a joke the last 4 times I use my rewards and order a few extra things but when I get my order it's only what I payed for not what I redeemed on my app this is a joke and when i ask why I'm told at participating stores only I won't be back

I went through the drive-through they didn’t give me my Mocha frappe I asked him for a ranch and they were charging me $.40 for ranch but at the end they didn’t even give me my change I tried to call them and their phone. They turned it off, so how can I tell them that they miss my frappe? 🧐😏

Door dashed McDonald's for my daughter and me tonight. Got 10 PC nugget meal and 2 cheese burger meal....shows up, no fries whatsoever! They keep messing up at this location and never answer the phone so I cant ever get refunded or helped in any way. It is ridiculous that almost every single order is messed up in some way and I'm screwed out of more money yet ahain

The lady’s in both drive through windows were super rude about us having a DoorDash order pickup especially the one who had a dirty wrap over her ear handling food disgusting!!! , and when we told the First Lady we had a pickup she could have told the next window but no we sat and waited for the lady to open the window after 10 minutes and be rude about us holding up the line , well maybe if you did your only job and asked which order was ours we wouldn’t have been there that long seriously awful get a different job if you hate yours
