I am currently sitting here. I asked the waitress(?) if I could have vegetable hibachi. She said no. So I ordered an appetizer and an avocado roll. Everyone else is eating their salads, soups, rice, all of it has no meat. There is a big tray of vegetable being prepared for everyone that ordered hibachi!! Why was I told I couldn’t order that? My appetizer is nowhere to be seen. Sushi rolls are not to the table(otheres ordered sushi as well). I have never had this kind of experience at a hibachi.
NOT vegetarian friendly, NOT flexible in menu and ordering.

We had a party of four and all ordered the hibachi. The food was seriously amazing but unfortunately I cannot give the full review a 5 star rating because our server James was absolutely snarky and rude to us the whole time. If we had a question about the menu or about anything, instead of answering he would act inconvenienced or just disrespectful. James is not a good representation of this restaurant, and either needs to be retrained or let go because his attitude will chase people away.

I ordered them on doordash. The queen role to be exact, and i either received the wrong order because there was no names on the bags or they just completely made a different roll. My roll had no cream cheese, eel sauce, or avocado! It had imitation crab on top with some type of yucky fried crap in the middle ! I called and they did nothing

I used to love coming here, but after my last experience I won't be back. My family and I went for lunch on a Sunday, it was pretty slow but it still took forever for someone to take our order. And then in the hour after we had our order taken we only got a salad and a soup. We never ended up receiving any other food and never had refills. Couldn't even find a waitress or host to have them cancel our order and ended up walking out and going somewhere else

Our favorite local hibachi restaurant. They also have delicious ramen comparable to Tamashii’s Ramen House and Sushi better than Volcano. The service is always incredible here. The chefs actually have charisma instead of “going through the motions”. If you’re wanting an adult drink I recommend the haiku colada.

While the food was good on this visit, the fact they were out of so many things is why I gave this three stars on food. Our server did not notify us of most of the food and apologized, but it would’ve been good to know this while we were trying to get checked in.
Honestly, our service was only as good as it was because the server did an amazing job. I’m not certain that it appeared. He was working by himself. Oddly for Friday night, the restaurant was not busy at all. It has always been busy when we have been here so I fear they are not doing well.
Maybe based on our last couple of visits there and the lower food quality and lower customer satisfaction that it is these factors that are driving business away.
I hope they figure it out and can stay in business because we do enjoy going there. There are not a lot of options for this level of cuisine in Midwest City.

Sat for a hour and a half with nobody showing up to cook our food and we had a reservation. Very bad service we for one will not return.

Came here last night for my Mom’s Birthday, she had never been here. We had reservations for 6:00. Started with the waitress saying she had to cash out another table before she could get our drink orders. It was very hot in there and we were very thirsty. She came back about 10 minutes later & got our drink orders. We ordered and received our salad and soup around 6:30, which were good. We asked at 7:00 if we were going to start soon but they gave us excuses. By 7:15 we were tired of waiting for our table chef and we were hot 🥵 so we got up and left! As we were paying for our drinks we saw the table chef finally show up. That’s a little ridiculous! They were very short handed and should’ve communicated that it would be over an hour wait to start the experience that way we could’ve made a decision to leave earlier.

Terrible experience. We went for a Birthday celebration. Made reservations in advance. It was crowded, we expected the same experience from prior, which we really enjoyed food and the wait staff.

This time it was completely different. Short staffed all around wait staff and chefs. Our experience was frustrating and we ended up leaving. We will not be back. We do understand sometimes it takes time just more attention to details is my recommendation.

I had a reservation for 6 p.m. for a birthday celebration, we got there n was seated at a lil after 6, waitress came over n told us she would get our drink order after she collects from another table she came back bout 10 minutes later took our drink n food order, got our drinks n salad n soup round 6: 30 then waited again for the chef who finally showed up at 7:15 at this time we had all gotten up and was leaving, was the worse service I have ever experienced and will never go back.

Great food! You will be going home with some that's for sure. Our waitress was on top of everything. Bringing refills without even asking is great service. Clean restaurant for sure. Good show by the chef. I'm coming back for sure!

My husband and I absolutely love this place. It’s always been our go. The food is absolutely delicious. Our favorite is always the garlic fried rice. We come here all the time and Tim
is always extremely helpful, genuine and kind. He goes out of his way to ensure we have the best experience every single time we visit. I’m currently 39 weeks pregnant and he went out of his way to pack our food & place it in to go bags and even got me a chair with a back rest rather than the stool chairs they have already placed at the tables. That was such a sweet gesture. We love Tim and always enjoy getting to visit with him. Such a great guy.

We had reservations to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The host refused to seat us even after we told him our entire party was there and proceeded to ignore us all. When we finally got his attention, he had a terrible attitude and mumbled something under his breath. If my daughter hadn’t had her heart set on eating here, all 12 of us would’ve left. Thankfully the wait staff and cooks helped to make up for what started out as a very unpleasant experience. He isn’t a good representation for your establishment.

Our server Joseph was a phenomenal server. He had thorough communication and was absolutely polite through the entire dine in. He made my experience here a solid 5/5 stars. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, I am forever thankful.

We just ordered take out from here, it was awful. The rice was SO over cooked that it was like eating rice pudding ,the fish quality was low, it had a very distinctive sour smell to the salmon roll, I'm fairly sure the fish was old.
