Too expensive, and the manager Tim I'm sure helped tank the place?

Went here on a Friday evening. No line in front of us. It took 42 minutes to get our food for 4 people. Only 3 orders went out during that time. The chicken was not good. I Love chicken, so for me to not finish it means a lot. Good parts are that the fries are good and they have games to play while you wait. Service is not good at all.

The last time I took my son to dinner we came to Nashbird. Lady at counter had an attitude. Our food was not fresh. Fries were soggy. I would have told the girl at the counter but she didn't look like she loved her job let alone wanted to give great customer service. I even did the survey after I ate there. No one took note or replied. This place used to be amazing. Now I don't think I will be ever eating there again.

Went in here with my roommate for a quick (late) lunch. Counter staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.Roommate ordered the three tender meal in the "Hot Dang" spice level. I got the ten piece nuggets. Mine was perfectly fine, if a bit tough.Hers, however, was completely devoid of spice at first. She went back to the counter to make sure she hadn't gotten someone else's order, and when her food came back from the kitchen it was coated in so much spice powder (of the wrong intensity) that you couldn't see the breading on the chicken anymore. This food was so unbelievably spicy that neither of us could really eat it, so we ended up packing it up to take home and try to get some of the spice powder off. We wanted hot, and we got painful.Disappointing, and we probably won't be back to this location again.

First time at Nashbird. Had 10 piece nugget at kickin level with onion rings. It was okay. There are a lot of chicken places in OKC area and still waiting for "Wow."

Ordered the Nash villain. Long wait for a online order. Sandwich came complete with an onion ring and what reminded me of leftover macaroni and cheese. Chicken was flat, overcooked and tasted like old oil. Ate half of it ended up with a belly ache and oil burps. Glad I didn't eat the whole thing or I would have been in for a long night. Done with Nashbird... regret even trying it.

I looooove Nashbird. My boyfriend is from TN and it’s a nice spot that can make him feel a little closer to home. We frequent the one in OKC and love it. We recently moved to Midwest City. We gave this location a try and came in about an hour and a half before close. There was an older cook who was VERY sweet, a younger cook who just had the attitude of a young kid who’s ready to be off work (I get it, really.) and the front counter lady who could only care to shut the facility down as quickly as possible, smoke a cig and roll her eyes. The place was filthy, our food was served in to go boxes and the chicken we got was literally raw. The person working the front counter was out front smoking a cigarette when we noticed the RAW chicken and she got notably upset and annoyed when we asked for different chicken. The cook (younger guy) was definitely remorseful and grossed out by it. They made more chicken but the whole time we were trying to eat, mind you we came in an hour and a half before close and at this point it’s about an hour until close, she was passive aggressively moving the chairs inside and making it known it was time to go. I get it, we all wanna leave but to miss girl, the cigarette smell was awful standing over my 8 month old and the attitude was even more stanky. I wish this location had more class because I love Nashbird, but I do not like this one. I feel much like a Karen but the raw chicken and attitude was not cute.

Came in when it was dead, got cold fries, and lukewarm chicken that was dry. I'm sure to believe it was already made and just reheated, because I wondered why my food came out so fast. First time going and wasn't a good first impression ?

TLDR: A far cry from good Nashville Hot Chicken, but it'll scratch the itch in a pinch.I don't enjoy being a negative Nancy, but they really just could have done better. Chicken was average, and was the best part of the meal. I got a two piece with Nashfries. The fries tasted decent but were soggy and a bit undercooked. The chicken was fine, but I wasn't really blown away by it. The place left a lot to be desired from cleanliness, especially outside. Looks like management hasn't had someone come and spray out the outside in a touch too long. Would have ben a 3/5, but I have a morale stance against places that charge for ranch.

Mac and cheese was good. 1 of the 4 chicken tenders was really good... The other 3 had off flavors in some bites. The tables were a bit greasy... I asked how large the jumbo tenders were and the employee said "good sized". When my wife made a size with her fingers to try to get some sort of idea of how large it was the employee laughed and said that it was not that large. Very odd interaction... And then you are asked to tip before you get your food... Which I felt obligated to do.

This place barely gets two stars because the onion rings are pretty good. The chicken is AWFUL. Years ago Nashbird actually served "Nashville" Style hot chicken and it was excellent. Now they serve cheap garbage quality nuggets and tenders. The frozen stuff at the grocery store is way, way better. The meat is dry and thin, the breading is thick, gross, and undercooked. Listen, KFC is way better chicken. If you can't even beat KFC what's the point? Also the whole place was greasy. Very gross.

Just tried NashBird again for the first time in a year because last time the food was undercooked and the service was very poor. This time the service wasn’t bad but I got home with my food and took a huge bite into a completely raw piece of chicken. C’mon man, I want this place to be good but you’re serving food that isn’t even cooked!!!
