Did an online pick up order. We ordered a large entree of the shrimp and this was all we got. It's the same amount that comes in the bigger plate. Ridiculous amount for $15.

I went in to get some orange chicken for our church group. I paid the chicken was ready, and the gentleman that was filling the boxes for me was nice. However, the other man who was working with him got extremely frustrated and right in front of me, saying to the man, "She can wait on her order. We have others who are priorities." The chicken was good. However, the rudeness of the gentleman even though he knew I was ordering a larger order was extremely uncalled for.

I love panda and I’m sad this is the closest for me. EVERY time I order orange chicken this is what I get. They give you a little bit som they don’t have to cook more. And on top of that some girls are super rude. $8 just for a pieces of orange chicken. It’s ridiculous this is a kids mean basically!!!

Drive through server was very rude. Would not give us a chance to look over the menu, without asking if we were ready every 2 seconds. Left without ordering. Took my business elsewhere with more accommodating services.
What I have learned about this location is that if you do not round up or "don't" when they ask you will not get a fortune cookie,silverware or sauce. This has happened 3 times in a row. Second online order is a joke. Got confirmation food was ready then waited an additional 30 minutes for them to make the plates. Complete 180 experience from the location in Shawnee.

I do not recommend doing a mobile order here. It’s just wild that you can order over 15 minutes before you arrive and they don’t have it ready and then proceed to help others before getting to orders that have been put in place. 6 employees and yet no one can work on any mobile orders? There was also 6 individuals (besides myself) waiting on mobile orders in the store and not a single one of them being helped. I believe they would be better if they had individuals who do the register AND mobile orders. There’s plenty of employees to help out rather than twiddling with their thumbs while they wait on their coworker to do a job for them. Multiple customers (who ordered mobile orders) were complaining. I had a bowl (one side, one entree), one kids meal (where you have to get your own drink) and one egg roll. It does NOT take that long to throw some food in a box when I went right next door to Panera bread and had a mobile order for my 4 other family members that I placed when I walked out of this Panda Express and it was done in less than 5 minutes (4 MEALS IN 3-4 MINUTES). We will take our business elsewhere from now on especially when the cashier was so rude and didn’t want to do her job let alone help her coworkers with theirs. WORK TOGETHER to make the business better is all.

Soooo first I want to say the drive thru moved pretty quickly, however the Kung Pao had all the Pao and none of the Kung. Also the Chow Mein was so bland that adding soy sauce to it changed its flavor. I know it says express but it does not have to taste like it. I’m very disappointed in this purchase. Absolute waste of money and time. I hope you guys get this together soon.
