I got there to pick up a mobile order, and they were getting absolutely slammed. So it's understandable. It took a few extra minutes as everyone was waiting for the same thing. As I had a few minutes to wait. I was looking around, and the store and kitchen was ridiculously clean. Clean. I immediately noticed the floor which usually catches a lot of grease and debris was spotless even in the thick of this madness and crazy Rush they were going through. Every member of the team was so kind even though I could tell that they were stressed because things were so busy and people may be a little frustrated. I've got experience with things like this, and I think they did an amazing job and deserve to be recognized for it. That's an amazing team. I was very impressed.

Ugh this place is a disaster. Waiting for entree for over 30 minutes when supposedly they were making it when I ordered. This was at 5pm,when food is supposed to be ready for dinner rush. To make it worse, my order was started with chicken and rice,to only sit there for 30 minutes for imaginary steak to be done. I asked for something else,it didn't help the situation, the part sitting out waiting was lukewarm at best. Needs a better manager or something.

This was the worst food I have even tried to eat. The orange chicken was hard, the rice was greasy. I seen they put new out and ask to change it out, only to be told that it was hard too.

I was told they didn't have chow mein made yet, and that it would be a 20 minute wait. They told me to wait in a parking spot, but I went inside instead. I saw them finish a whole pot of chow mein right in front of me, and I was able to leave within 3 minutes. I assume I was going to be made to wait 20 minutes if I didn't go inside.

Very slow. Long line almost to the door. Cooks have sense of urgency but line staff don’t care.

When the kitchen is closing down 45 minutes early then you know something ain’t right. Didn’t bother to make a small batch as other stores have kindly done so.

Store doesn't close til 11 got there at 1010.. no food at all. And the employees pointed and laughed on my way out.. definitely a1 2025 service for ya! Great job!

To preface this I understand what it’s like to work at panda for a closing shift becuase I worked BOH for a few years. I understand that they had a limited selection of entrees for the night and I understand everybody is just trying to go home. But I ordered fried rice with double teriyaki and the person working the drive thru Stephanie G did not inform me that they didn’t have enough teriyaki to fulfill my order. Not even that but the fried rice was everywhere and not even close to amounting to what I spent my money on. I wouldn’t have minded getting half and half and I wouldn’t have minded getting another entree of something else. I called the store and spoke to someone who put me on hold for 10+ minutes until the store closed after telling me that they’d come back with an answer to my complaint. It was 10:38 and my server was Stephanie G. It would’ve been nice to get an answer instead of wasting my time on hold for such a small complaint.
